Hoping for some wonderful interplay between our Spanish speaking trio in the middle of the pitch.

Just sums up how unbelievable our forward options are...

We have Radamel Falcao on the bench.

We have Who will soon be Englands, Ours and possibly the Premier leagues all time goal scorer yet to come back.

We also have carrick to slot back in.

    Madness.
    Carrick up top

    West Brom

Myhill, Wisdom, Lescott, Dawson, Pocognoli, Gardner, Brunt, Morrison, Dorrans, Sessegnon, Berahino

Subs: Daniels, Gamboa, McAuley, Mulumbu, Blanco, Ideye, Anichebe.

I am not saying this will be easy - but there is something a bit reassuring about a team with no big, strong attacking players. Of course Berahino and Sessegnons pace can cause problems - but I fear defending crosses more.

10 out of 11, Falcao instead of van Persie and it would be perfect :D

Happy with that team, Falcao hopefully in the 2nd half instead of Robin, let's smash them and I hope Adnan shows today what he is capable of.

cut the whinging and support the team.
Not many people are whinging at all, it's just preferring one player over the other but I doubt anybody is annoyed at it or anything. It's one of the most muppet worthy lineup we've put out for the last 5 years. Actually before we signed Falcao, this would probably be many posters' ideal lineup.

Will be a tough game but we should be strong enough to win this match.

Herrera will make us tick, we missed him badly.

Adnan will remind a few doubters that he is a joy to watch.

2 unpredictable players in Di Maria and Adnan will definitely cause lots of problems for WBA and Mata will thrive today with a bit of pace upfront

I can't beleive the amount of complaints about this team! Wonder what the reaction to this line up would've been 3 months ago...

This definitely looks like it could be our strongest 11, maybe Rooney or Falcao in for Van Persie/Mata depending on form. I think this looks like an awesome team, and more importantly it looks alot more balanced than the 2 striker setup.

Actually if you knew van gaal and would have watched his teams he seldom changes system. So yes it is gullible to think he will suddenly do it for west brom
Facebook is where united post training videos not bad to check it for updates
You talk about twitter when we have a 700 page thread about twitter discussion are you okay?
If user name is anything to go by well tenpoless is fantastic you win that one. Its amazing and you should be proud of this achievement. Hope you get the noble redcafe price for the most awesomest super fantastic username ever. Have a good day. :)
I don't really want to ruin this thread. But, surely you understand what a forum is? for you to call some posters gullible just because they posted their line-ups is just unnecessary.

About the twitter discussion thread, I don't care, it's a thread made for people to post the stories and gossips from twitter. But this is a matchday thread.

What I was trying to say is :
Gullible - Adjective - Easily deceived or cheated.
Social medias(Facebook, Twitter, etc) - full of rumours and gossips.

I think it's pretty clear, try to look at yourself before calling people gullible.
Have a good day for you too. ;)

Its one of the best summers we've had in terms of player signings to be fair.

The thing is because we are out of the Champs League, we only really have 1 game a a week for most of the season so the team won't be changing much at all this season barring injuries.
People like Fellaini and Young etc would be getting more games if we were still in all the cups.
My prediction was that Fellaini would start, just to take caution over Herrera's injury. Shows how highly Herrera is rated or how reluctant he is to start Fellaini. I can only see him used when needed to do a "job"

Versus Swansea - losing with 10 mins to go. Pump the ball to him
Versus Everton - provide something to make a nuisance against his old team.

Unfortunately for him that may happen once a month, if at all.

He has no chance of significant game time.

I think due to the international break there's quite a lot of built-up excitement/tension about this match.

That or there are a number of severe gas leaks in some caftards' houses clouding their judgment.

Good. Another purchase in midfield will surely push him out the door

I'm actually shocked how much Carragher is criticizing gerrard there. He's right, I'm still surprised though.

Falcao must devastated. The poor guy looks desperate to score goals and was playing well. Don't give me all this jet-lag bollocks, he's a super it athlete and has has more than enough days to recover. Yet, an out of form Van Persie gets a start. He's been poor for God knows how long now. Bloody typical.

The line-up this evening looks very much attacking-oriented.

If everyone's on their game tonight, we could very well see WBA getting torn a new one!

Gardner and Morrison will run and run and then run some more. Real meat and potatoes players those two.

Anyone have a link for the game that's handy to watch on an iPhone. I used to have a quality link but can't remember it!

how reluctant he is to start Fellaini.
Lets hope so, he looked absolutely awful when he came on in our last game, and I am saying that as someone who thought he deserved a second chance after last season.
