Huh, why? This loan is a big, big mistake. Can't believe Mourinho is that dumb.Just saw this, i genuinely feel sick over the fact that he's signed for Chelsea. It wasn't supposed to be like this

Hattrick against United sorted then.Nah, he wont do that well.
Why?Not very good for us at all.
Why do people keep suggesting this has anything to do with showing LvG up or trying to prove he's superior? It has to be a mix of Mourinho doing that Mendes a favour and maybe his ego wanting to better Van Gaal.
There can't be any actual footballing reasons why Chelsea would want Falcao after seeing him last season.
You guys have nothing to lose with this loan deal, he will either be rubbish like with us and end up back in France or he will be a deadly 9 again. Also Costa is not injury prone is he? So i can't imagine a situation where Mourinho would be forced to play Falcao for many games despite him playing badly. You also still have Remy too.Huh, why? This loan is a big, big mistake. What about the fact that it's an obstacle in the way of their youth strikers? No justification for him to get minutes ahead of them...If they're as talented as Chelsea fans say.You guys have nothing to lose with this loan deal, he will either be rubbish like with us and end up back in France or he will be a deadly 9 again. Definitely. I'd imagine Falcao's signing would be somewhat disheartening to players like Bamford or Izzy Brown. What about the fact that it's an obstacle in the way of their youth strikers? No justification for him to get minutes ahead of them...If they're as talented as Chelsea fans say.
They had Drogba wasting minutes away last season as well instead of clearly talented kids like Solanke. What about the fact that it's an obstacle in the way of their youth strikers? No justification for him to get minutes ahead of them...If they're as talented as Chelsea fans say.
If he can stop being horizontal for 5 minutes then maybe.Hattrick against United sorted then.
That makes literally no sense at all. It's not weird at all. I don't have to want Chelsea to do well. He could score 20 league goals and Chelsea could come 5th. Saying I want Falcao to do well doesn't mean I want Chelsea to.
So you want to see a player who plays for a team that will most likely be our biggest competitor for the title next season do well? That's just oddWhy not? I like to see our former players do well, even players that were only on loan. Why would I want to see him fail? I'd rather he score 20 goals for Chelsea next season than Diego Costa.
Yep.Mourinho will never play youth. Just won't do it.
Yeah we made him fall over all the time, miss hit shots, constantly lose the ball, run slower then a snail etc etc etcI have a feeling the opening few pages of this thread will come to be read with much face-palming this time next year.
We handled Falcao extremely poorly, I'd bet that he will be a top Premiership striker under Mourinho.
id say its this precisely. the fact he's had to take a big cut in wages suggests there was little demand for him. it sickens me seeing Mendes name in transfer headlines and tweets, the power he holds is ridiculous. Mendes needed a favourMendes is obviously exerting his influence here. Chelsea and Mourinho help him out by providing a client with an unlikely second chance in the Premier League and next time he has a real prospect to sell then I'm sure Chelsea will have first refusal or something similar.
So true. Falcao regains his class, Mourinho takes the credit. Falcao remains a sack of shit, Mourinho just says Radders was useless anyway and no worse that he was for us. Win-win for Mourinho.Almost like Mourinho ego job, United couldn't make it work, I will show them.
How did you work that one out?!I have a feeling the opening few pages of this thread will come to be read with much face-palming this time next year.

He'll play them if they're good enough. None of our youth team strikers are good enough currently to step directly into the first team.Mourinho will never play youth. Just won't do it.
it's a conspiracy, I'm telling youYeah we made him fall over all the time, miss hit shots, constantly lose the ball, run slower then a snail etc etc etc
I don't think they're good enough for Mourinho. What about the fact that it's an obstacle in the way of their youth strikers? No justification for him to get minutes ahead of them...If they're as talented as Chelsea fans say.
We saw him play one or two matches having been injured for a long time, signed him on the basis that he was a big name and would further help us to strut our feathers in the absence of Champions League football, and expected him to hit the ground running in a team that didn't know which way it was supposed to be facing in an attacking duo that really shouldn't have been interrupted. He needed to be gingerly reintroduced into a hugely physical and competitive league and been told and shown that no matter how long it took, we would wait for him to inevitably regain his top form. How did you work that one out?!
Falcao doing well in any way is only going to benefit Chelsea. He isn't going to score 20 league goals with them coming 5th....It's not weird at all. I don't have to want Chelsea to do well. He could score 20 league goals and Chelsea could come 5th. Saying I want Falcao to do well doesn't mean I want Chelsea to.
Falcao at his best for us
We didnt expect him to hit the ground running but expected him to score more than 4 goals and look a lot better than he did.We saw him play one or two matches having been injured for a long time, signed him on the basis that he was a big name and would further help us to strut our feathers in the absence of Champions League football, and expected him to hit the ground running in a team that didn't know which way it was supposed to be facing in an attacking duo that really shouldn't have been interrupted. Jose Mourinho will do this.
