This walking football Schniederlin, Mata, Smalling and Blind seem to be playing does not help the team one bit. It continuously takes the sting off the game.

What we have lacked is a striker that can run at the defenders, break past the defensive line and keep the CBs busy. Rooney is doing anything but that. He keeps dropping back because he is bored but what he needs to do is to put pressure on that back line. Is it really worth sacrificing Martial for Rooney? This game has gone as I predicted.

That's not the issue, him being played as a right forward is the actual issue. Always has been, always will be and yet he continually gets played there. I'd just put him in his best position or put him on the bench, simple as that.
