Can't wait till I see the back of Mata. A player that's been living off his performances from 4 years ago at a different club. Has show nothing at United to show he deserves the reputation he has.
got to say I agree with this. There was a reason Mourinho flogged him

Romero for that goal was dogshit. Should have had a hand to that.

His finishing, usually regarded as an important moment in a game, is one of his strengths.

One average penalty doesn't change that.
His finishing is god awful. I don't think it's one of his strengths.

Yeah, it is not like he scored two brilliant goals against Liverpool in the race for top 4 last season.

Some of you lot need to have your ability to retain memory tested.
Dont bother, most here are bunch of Dorys anyway.

Scholes saying De Gea would have saved Midtjyland's goal and the two last week, and he's probably right, but he's forgetting the two world class saves Romero made to keep this tie alive.

I actually think Pereira and Johnstone would be better than Romero but Van Gaal keeps picking him due to loyalty.

Also, take Mata off for Pereira.

It's fairly average. He pops up in good positions though, but his size and lack of pace ruin a lot of chances for him. Glorified second striker with a nice first touch.

This is Moyes levels of failure.

Honestly I have no idea how he hasn't been sacked yet.

He was shunned out right for most of the season, if you build a team around a player you dont move him out of his best position to accommodate others.
Disagree. Theoretically he was played on the right, but it was always clear that he was the factual number 10 in the team with license to do his things. He just doesn't have the ability or mindset to control the play for a big club like Manchester United.

And I'm not saying this with a smile on my face because I wanted him to be a success here, like any other player but it's become very clear to me that Chelsea absolutely robbed us of 37 million pounds. Not even Chinese clubs will pay that money for Mata now. Just shows how brainless we have been in our transfers in the last 5 years.

One of our best performance of the season. Really enjoyed the game so far. Too bad Mata is such a fecking waster. A limp dick like him doesn't deserve to play for the hornies.

Our best performance against possibly one of the lowest rated opposition who haven't played in 3 months. Speaks volumes don't it. So forgive my completely lack of enthusiasm.

To slow. To static. No penetration.

Where is our senior players. Herrera? Mata? Schneiderlin? Carrick?

Probably the worst United team I have seen in 30 years. Shocking line up.

Agree with most of that. It's not that Mata's a bad player by any means. He's just not a Manchester United player. Much like Berbatov, who also did well against Liverpool while generally slowing down our play.
