According to BeIN Sports, German giants Bayern Munich have agreed a deal to sign Rennes attacker Ousmane Dembélé.

The deal would see the player remain at Rennes on loan until the end of the 2016/17 campaign.

The report claims that this deal will have a knock on effect with Kingsley Coman, who the media outlet expects will return to Juventus at the end of his 2 year loan to Bayern Munich.

Coman however wants to remain with the German side and wants to join them permanently, rather than returning to Juventus.

This report puts Bayern Munich’s supposed buy clause in Coman’s loan deal into question, with it previously having been thought that Bayern could activate that at any moment for around €20m, rendering the player a Bayern Munich man permanently, without Juventus having any say on the matter.

Can't seem Coman going back to Juventus. But what a deal this is for Bayern. Preparing themselves well when Robben and Ribery leave the club.

Boo. Curse them for being so efficient in doing their jobs. :(

If they hadn't added the Coman going back to Juve part I'd be quite happy with this rumour. We won't let him go back to Juve though.

Can't see Coman going back to Juve - the guy is absolutely brilliant and would be a steal for 20 mil. So, even if we discount Robben and Ribery, Dembele would still have to face a very tough competition in Costa and Coman on the flanks. He looks talented enough to overcome it though

Is there any club better at achieving their transfer targets?

Their transfer strategy in the last five years or so has been brilliant. Don't know what has changed but it's been robot like effecient.

Haven't Bein been a bit shit regarding transfer rumours?

Michael Reschke, he seems to be the one doing the good work behind the scenes.

Why does everyone act as if this is a done deal? Are BeIN that reliable?

Nope. Total shithouses. He isn't coming to you. In fact you'll lose Coman. That part is true.

I'm pretty sure that they reported that Di Maria is coming to United and then also reported that Di Maria to PSG in the next season.

That's a shame, he's really talented and would have walked straight into our team on the right. Great business from Bayern, the best ran club in Europe.

Feck, they did not leave us enough time to prepare a bid!!!

It's from Jean-Charles Sabattier, a germanophile French football journalist. He knows German football very well but is not a transfer insider and just provided the rumour on air with nothing to back it up.

It's mostly speculation at this point although Bayern really seems interested.

That report would be credible if not for the nonsense about them sending Coman back to Juve

Coman (left footed) on the right and Dembélé (right footed) on the left with Martial in the middle. The future of the French national team's attack looks very bright tbh.

Coman is right footed, isn't he?

Indeed he is, only just noticed that always thought he was a lefty. But Dembélé actually looks good with his right and his left foot and Coman's finish with his left against Juve also looked like he is quite adapt with both feet as players at this level actually should be.

With Griezzman behind Martial

If they play 4-2-3-1 that is indeed a scary attack. Add to that Kondogbia and Pogba behind them. Oh my, I'm scared already. :nervous:

What Bayern does shouldn't be seen as special because at the end of the day they go about it efficiently and logically but tbh it is special. It must be reassuring for the fans to know that their club is being handled this well, Guardiola is going and boom they announce Ancellotti. Good times to be a Bayern fan.

Hahaha yeah indeed. It's weird, only a couple of years ago if you took Ribery and Benzema out of that French attack - they were fairly screwed. Shows you how quickly things in football can change. Matuidi-Pogba would probably be first choice. Or last I checked they played both with Schneiderlin holding.
