Arsenal transfer news: Julian Draxler moves a step closer to Wolfsburg exit after club ban him for poor attitude

Should Utd be in for him?

We have Rooney, Mkhi, Mata, Martial, Rashford, Memphis, and Lingard all competing for positions he would play, doesn't seem like a good move.

Getting banned for poor attitude says a lot. We don't want any bad apples in the mix. Oftentimes temperament is swept under the carpet in favour of ability.

Don't want

Will probably go to Juventus, they love picking up rejects from other clubs and making them useful.

INJURY-PRONE PLAYER WHO IS DRUNK BY HIS OWN MAGNIFICENCE, GETS SULKY WHEN HE IS NOT PLAYED IN HIS FAVORITE POSITION (#10) BUT ON THE WING AND FAILED TO DELIVER MORE THAN ONCE.

Didn't he make our defenders look like a bunch of pub players in the Champs League last year? He's been at that level everytime I've seen Wolfsberg (6 or 7 games in total though). Not like Im an expert.

With ehsanul creating the thread, I was thinking the thread was about how Real Madrid snubbed united in not signing Draxler or something.

Wanting to sign a player who has delivered only on few occasions for his current club, publicly tried to force a move just a year after he joined and who has been sulking (0 goals, 0 assists) ever since to the point that the club started benching and is now omitting its record signing from the squad despite not being stacked with quality upfront. €50m move to a PL club incoming?

He'll get a move on the cheap and then we'll buy him in 2 or 3 years for triple the price at least.

Really good player imo.

His dribbling is somewhat similar to Januzaj's. At his best he just shows the defender enough of the ball to make them commit, then goes past them. I like him, but not enough to suggest that we should make Wolfsburg an offer for him.

I really like the player, and hated it when he chose to go to Wolfsburg. Don't think he should go to United though. United needs players who can deliver instantly (atm), and it would be a gamble to expect him to do that.

For some strange reason I want to see the guy in a Sevilla shirt :wenger:

The important things have already been mentioned, don't want! He's just not that good to be worth the hassle...

These players don't come up often and like Bayern, Barca or Real, they don't care if they already have players, they are still bringing them in. The circumstance of how this appears makes the negotiation even easier.

Memphis has no work ethic?
He probably does. Doesn't look like it on the pitch though, which is all I can base him on.

I really want him to succeed, but when I think of him, all I think of is him giving the ball away against Chelsea, then just walking as Chelsea scored on the counter. I think it's no coincidence that Mourinho just isn't picking him.

The guy isnt good enough, but I dont think it's because has no work ethic per se. Blind and Mourinho have both expressed this seasom that he works hard, but as a fan of him, it's still obvious that he isnt good enough at the moment, hence why he doesnt get picked whilst we have Lingard, Martial, Rooney, Mata, Miki, Rashford playing in the positions he can play in.
