Sounds about right for Shaw. Until he is ready it makes no sense to throw him in, considering how important every game is right now. Mourinho is not one to take any game lightly. As I said in the Shaw thread itself, he just needs to be patient and focus on prepping himself mentally and physically and his chance will come. Darmian and Rojo are terrible LB's, whilst Shaw offers more pace than Blind. Work hard and he will earn his place on merit.

Always been a rumbling since he left Madrid as it wasn't exactly the messiest break up and he makes no secret of still being good friends with perez, at the minute though we are happy with Mourinho, he seems happy with us and zidane and Madrid is working out great so theres no chance of it happening say this summer.
I like how Mou has stamped his complete authority into this team. He's hard but fair. That clearly is part of his management style, Mourinho has played inferior players all season to get more talented players on top of their game. It really doesn't feel that way with shaw though, I mean the lad is getting nowhere near the pitch, no cameos, nothing. In all likelihood he is still recovering from his injury on a mental level and Mourinho places a huge emphasis on mentality.
