As good on the mic as he was in the ring, words can't do enough justice to how good he was, he feud with Jeff Hardy in 09 was quality, but his proms, build up to MITB 2011 as well as the match with John Cena was pure wrestling magic
I never really got the Punk hype but I was barely watching WWE at that point. Still, I can't deny it would be good if he came back, the WWE lacks characters and he would definitely add some excitement, the only problem is his promos would probably be heavily scripted.
Bringing back Matt Hardy should be a no brainer, put him on Smackdown and let him feud with Bray Wyatt. They should seek out Rey Mysterio as well and finally get this cruiserweight thing moving in a direction that makes people interested in watching 205 Live.

Oh yes - I'm thinking of another PPV where Brock went over in that case. I do have a feeling though that whenever HHH is paired with a future star at Wrestlemania, its basically a given that he'll take the pin to catapult them to the next level.
That would be one of the most cringeworthy moments in wrestling.

Pfwoah. I am really not feeling the Mania vibes yet. Nor the NXT Takeover. Honestly, I am more excited about the Ring of Honor card and the upcoming New Japan show. I am turning into a bitter indy mark already.

Better than raw last year anyway, which was fecking atrocious. If it wasn't for KO, Jericho and AJ this year, id have this Wrestlemania marked as the inevitable worst I've seen.
Is the Raw tag title match now a ladders match? I didn't watch the show, just saw that they kept using ladders to hit each other. Guess they figured they needed something to make that match interesting.

I was confused about this too. The commentators didn't once mention ladders for the match on Sunday when they were using then on Raw IIRC.
Also is it just me or did Vince have a big ass plug with his roster and force them to use the words "ultimate thrill ride" in every fecking promo they cut
Heyman, jax, Bailey, undertaker, reigns, Aries etc all used it. Was annoying AF and just got counter productive.
Vince probably has an automatic $10k fine written into their contracts if they don't say it.

I don't hold any hope of Asuka being called up anytime soon, partly because I want it so much. Also because if she does lose her title at takeover then she has to have her rematch which will take another couple of months.
You clearly haven't seen many PPV's then if that was the worst you've ever seen.
This card isn't even close to being horrendous.
I hope it's Naomi. 1. Because her entrance and 2. It's her hometown so it should be big pop.
I don't think Asuka needs to go to Smackdown, they've got a decent bunch of woman with a few storylines going. Put her on Raw and let her break up the staleness of the Horsewoman.

I'm going to watch Mania anyway. But if I was still in the state of mind of a casual fan (which i have been most of the time) there is absolutely nothing that would make me feel I had to match Mania from seeing Raw last night.
I still don't get why Rollins and HHH hate eachother. Nor what Taker and Reigns are feuding over, as not a mention of the Rumble elimination has come up.And opening the show with Bailey was just awful. She's so annoying and unlikable

I agree Bailey is an unlikeable tool though - she's basically a real life human equivalent of Barney the Dinosaur and I don't care for her move-sets either. Given her some time to win me over since coming to Raw and I find her quite vanilla if you take away the pop up cartoon hugs and bright colours.
Sasha, Charlotte, even Jax have shades of grey and depth in their character. Bailey just wants a fecking hug.
