Never missed a game from injury in his entire career either.
How are we going to field three centre backs with Jones and Smalling both out? Blind, Rojo and Bailly every match with Fosu-Mensah/Tuanzebe as cover? Does not seem plausible.Rare injury. Mata's not that injury prone.
Thus, we have fewer options in attacks now.
Seems we're going to see a lot of 5-2-3/5-3-2 formation the rest of this season then.
Oh, yeah. My comment was half tongue in cheek. That he is, absolutely. But he was the first to break these news, so no reason to ban him? I agree, he’s a pathetic, childish cnut who fights every single person on twitter, who questions him.
No time for that now!Oh, yeah. My comment was half tongue in cheek.
3 out of Bailly, Rojo, Blind or Carrick. How are we going to field three centre backs with Jones and Smalling both out? Blind, Rojo and Bailly every match with Fosu-Mensah/Tuanzebe as cover? Does not seem plausible.
We've had our entire frontline fit for almost the entire season and haven't had any key player injured for any significant period of time. City have Jesus out for the rest of the season, Kompany out for essentially the whole season and have been without Aguero for significant parts of the season. Arsenal have had Cazorla out for almost the whole season and Welbeck out for significant chunks of it.Yeah, like panicking over the fact three first choice players could potentially be out for the rest of the season, with a jam-packed April on the way. It's all just the drama we love!
If Perreira were recalled, at best he'd make the bench.Get Periera back in right now this is an actual emergency.
Perfect opportunity for Jose to do what he does best: play his favourite 7-2-1 formation a.k.a. park the damn bus and hit on the counter. Now United fans will get real value for the Mourinho investment.
What on earth are you talking about?! Do you actually watch any of our games?!He hasn't been that good this season anyway. Obviously its a big loss with all the games we have coming up but out of all of our attackers he's the least important.
You're right, I'm sure Jose is laughing hysterically, slouched in his couch at home, that his masterplan of injuring half our fecking squad has finally came to fruition.Perfect opportunity for Jose to do what he does best: play his favourite 7-2-1 formation a.k.a. park the damn bus and hit on the counter. ...along with Blind, Darmian and Shaw as covers, well probably. My money is on Smalling returning soon. Jones would be out long injured. Not saying we might go with that formation every match. How are we going to field three centre backs with Jones and Smalling both out? Blind, Rojo and Bailly every match with Fosu-Mensah/Tuanzebe as cover? Does not seem plausible.
Willock to be a mainstay in our midfield for the next decade?Last time we had an injury crisis, Rashford happened.
I think the opposite is going to happen. Martial miki rashford lingard maybe Shaw back.... well seePerfect opportunity for Jose to do what he does best: play his favourite 7-2-1 formation a.k.a. park the damn bus and hit on the counter. Could be!Willock to be a mainstay in our midfield for the next decade?
Very impressive. Mata's injury free career I mean. This is his first injury isn't it.
Well, we can dream. That would be a good tale though, twice in consecutive seasons, new star step-up.Last time we had an injury crisis, Rashford happened.
Depends on the operation they chose. I'm assuming they went for laparoscopic instead of open surgery. Probably means roughly 10 days completely out and then a couple of weeks of training before being close to first team games. My guess is 3-4 weeks, so probably will be back playing end of April. So it's hernia then, and it isn't that he's out for the season?
Sounds better than lost till the end of the season although it's rougly what, month and a half till the end anyway...Depends on the operation they chose. By far the best comment on the caf. CongratsPerfect opportunity for Jose to do what he does best: play his favourite 7-2-1 formation a.k.a. park the damn bus and hit on the counter. Now United fans will get real value for the Mourinho investment.
Or arsenal yo be fair.We are cursed. Seriously all this at once would happen to no one but us.
Jones probably dropped his medical file on Mata and injured him
