Two key first team Manchester United players ruptured their ACL in the same damn game at a crucial time in the season.

Messi is only four years older than Neymar.

Surprised me anyway. Messi has been around forever where's Neymar still kinda seems like the new kid on the block.

No team with a running track around its pitch has ever won the English Premier league.
In 2016, West Ham United, a team playing in the English Premier League, chose to move to a stadium with a fecking big running track round it.

Gabriel Agbonlahor has scored more Premier League goals for Aston Villa than any other player, including Dwight Yorke, Dion Dublin and Christian Benteke.

Gabriel Agbonlahor has been capped three times for England.

Gabriel Agbonlahor today scored his first goal of the season in the second tier of English football in the last week of April.

For 6 straight seasons in the 1920's, the team with the best defensive record won the league. The key to success perhaps?

The next season, Cardiff City had the best defensive record, and finished rock bottom.

Alberto Moreno once looked like an actual footballer when he was still at Sevilla.

Michael Laudrup decided to stay on holiday instead of playing for Denmark in the 1992 Euros which Denmark won.
And Denmark didn't even qualify in the first place, but the civil war in Yugoslavia saw Yugoslavia disqualified which meant Denmark was invited instead.

Benteke has scored more goals at Anfield as opponent than as Liverpool player.

Crystal palace won 3 consecutive games at Anfield. Apparently only Chelsea did this in early 2000s. Amazing record for Palace.

Gennaro Gattuso's Pisa in Serie B have the best defensive record in the league having conceded just 28 goals... but they sit one place above the bottom of the table.

They've scored just 21 goals. Even the team below them, Latina, have managed to score 33 times.

And probably never will if things continue like this to be honest. Sad, hes one of my favourite players in terms of attitude and playstyle.

Probably one of the biggest discrepancies between talent and trophy cabinet I can remember in recent history.

At least Totti won the World Cup.

Bit of a misconception by some people that the combination of Beckham crossing to Van Nistelrooy was deadly in its day.

Beckham actually only assisted 7 of RVNs 150 united goals. The same amount as Silvestre. Go figure.

Since the start of the 2015-16 PL season, Spurs have won 13 more points than anyone else in the league. Additionally quite strange is the fact that 2nd-6th in that timespan are all within three points of each other, albeit with some having games in-hand etc.

Our 25 game unbeaten streak is the longest we have managed in a top flight season. More than Sir Matt and Sir Alex managed to get, yet has only brought us 51 points.
