But make no mistake, half their budget is comprised of exporting oil and gas so they are obviously incentivized to do as much of it as possible and also create the conditions in Europe and beyond, where as many countries as possible are reliant on them to keep their citizens warm and their economies chugging along.

We kinda know what's in the letter. Trump said on TV he fired Comey because of the Russia investigation. His handlers got hold of it, obviously saw it as problematic and it was never sent. It is evidence that the intention behind Comey's firing was to block the investigation. We seem to have that from Trump both verbally and in writing now.
