just seen a video of civilians helping the police load up victims in another civilians car to transport them to the hospital. All those bodies....
Shooter was from inside the Mandalay Bay hotel. Terrorist with money. Could be mass shooter choosing target at random.
How's that even possible, windows in Vegas hotels don't open. Unless he was at the rooftop bar I guess.

I have no idea if he was up on the 32nd floor etc but I guess he could have shot the window out pretty easily given he had a machine gun and fek tons of ammo?

On the bright side it appears to be over, and the videos/pictures surfacing of civilians banding together to help the injured is heartwarming. Also, credit to the police in shutting it down as quickly as they did. Hopefully it's all done now.

It was right above an open air concert apparently, in one of the vids you can literally hear the bullets raining down into the crowd of hundreds.
There's not much in the way of security at any of the casinos. I guess they might change now.
There was also an open air concert going on outside Mandalay, so plenty of crowd outside.

A few minutes ago some guy, who was across the street when it started, stated whilst being interviewed that there was a busted window with an alarm going off inside from where he heard the gunfire coming from

Damn, I hope that 20 dead estimate is way off seeing that last we heard was 2. I'm Going to Vegas in December so I assume there'll be extra security protocols in place by then. the Strip seems like such an easy target now in hindsight for terrorism/shootings.

People say they are banned unless you've licence etc. Which is fine but how is it people get drugs from dealers? Where are the guns? There are no real crimes and it's probably because we don't have a right to bear arms apparently. So in USA - you gotta get the racism in their in regards to those bad white people but yeah it's about the guns. Personally I'm pro gun. The reality is you need a way to defend yourself. I guess, the motivation ain't there for whitey or maybe their motivation isn't since people here have a different mentality to weapons. It's only important in a place where they want to remove that right to defend yourself. Anyone serious and deranged wouldn't give two craps about it being illegal to carry a weapon anywhere but it's always political.
