Neutral's would have loved watching that game. We really didn't deserve anything from this game, and the score flatters us greatly. DDG really is the only reason we got out of today with three points.

Great game. Brilliant counter attacks. Out of this world DDG.

Tbf, Arsenal played very well in attack and we were lucky not to concede at least 2.

    You piss off first then.
No, seriously. You piss off. All the other idiot newbies piss off. And so on. The Caf has turned to shit and I‘m out of this shit. Delete my account, I‘m fed up of wasting my time on a forum that doesn‘t even support my club. Piss off!

Didn’t deserve anything? We scored 3 goals against a big team ffs. Some of you need to get a grip. We weren’t going to go there outplay them.

Oh noes our world class GK made saves. That’s why you sign world class goalkeepers.

I know, I am watching the game. Just saying that "last man" is not a thing yet always gets brought up as if it's a red card offence.
It is a thing though. If a player is the last man, it means the forward has no other defenders to beat in order to get to the goal and have a chance of scoring.

Man we have finally won a big away game under jose...just enjoy it. Jose will find a way against city
True true. I guess it's just a shame that City would be in our sites or at least enough to put pressure on, but hard to envisage anything other than a loss against City without Pogba. Pogba really dictates a lot of the play. We lack quality without him.

What a game, what a result!

Superb performance, De Gea first class, Pogba brilliant (it was a red but accidental) Lingard has made himself undroppable at the minute.

You mean aside from scoring 3 goals away against a top 6 team in their best home from for 12 years?

Horror defending. Matic wasn't fantastic, our passing is ridiculously poor and Matic should be the one to calm things up, make good passes and keep possession and he failed in all those things. Number of times the midfield was overrun was unreal, we would get torn apart by city if this performance is praised and accepted as okay.
You must be joking. Even City abdicate possession when they face superior exchanging sides, like Napoli… which, by the way, Juventus yesterday cancelled even easily.

Yes we scored 3, but in reality we punished errors and were clinical with those. For the other 80min, we were battered and struggled to stop them from scoring. I lost track of the number of times DDG dug us out, not to mention one clear penalty that wasn't called. No harm in saying we clearly were not the better team out there today.

MOTM is De Gea but Lingard for his game, deserves a rating just as high as De Gea, the 3rd goal from him made the rest of the game so much easier, so would understand if he is voted MOTM.

There's lots of situations where you can have beaten the last defender but not have a "clear goalscoring opportunity". You might have your back to goal on the halfway line with 3 defenders charging you down 1 foot away from you.

The Lukaku one today was boderline for me, he was in on goal but was about 50 yards away.

The gameplan changed after 2-0. Arsenal threw another attacker on whilst we were logically going to sit back.

Utter, utter tosh. Unbelieveable, this remark. It was an utterly inspired display, tactically and on the field. Only one negative, the sending off, which I think was unlucky.

We didn't 'struggle' to stop them from scoring. We stopped them from scoring more than one goal. We scored three, by the way.

No one is catching him for one.

Covering defenders, so not exactly last man, its just a term and its clear what it means

Great win, but bad luck with ref again. Pogba off is massive blow. Could be a red, but he doesn't really intend to do anything. Arsenal should have had a few red cards.

Still 12 against 10 in the last minutes and we got the win. Second half is very good. Should have scored more and could have conceded more. Overall we deserve the win no doubt.
