They should give it to him and then put every deflected goal he’s ever scored down as an own goal.
The FA should come out and say ok he touched it but he was offside so rescind the goal and take 2 points away from Spurs.

It’s ridiculous that they’re bothering to challenge the goal but from the video it does look like Kane got a very, very slight touch on it.

So what footage did they see that apparently none of the TV companies have been able to broadcast? Or did he get given the goal because he pinky promised them that he had touched it?

Yep. If they actually reviewed the footage they would at best get an inconclusive answer. Most likely, they would have concluded that he was nowhere near it.
Harry Kane has basically been gifted a goal because he asked.
If there was any contact, it didn't even slightly change the direction or spin of the ball. So basically, might have nicked his shirt but not really. Gifted a free goal
