Anyone with sense. I'd stake everything I own that Harry Kane will still be at Spurs next season. He may well move on in the next few years if we don't step up a gear, but this summer is a complete non-starter, let alone to a direct rival. The fee would have to be beyond astronomical for Levy even to pick up the phone.

Levy is not selling our star player who is beyond adored by the fans to a top four rival, just as we settle in to our new stadium. It would not be a savvy move at all, it would completely destroy the mood at the club and turn the fanbase against the board entirely.
