Conte too.Zidane or Pochettino are the only managers that might be available that can fix this team.

I would love Zidane but he has never shown signs that he can fix a team before so I don't know why you would think that. Poch didn't really have to fix much either.Zidane or Pochettino are the only managers that might be available that can fix this team.
Pochettino has recently signed a long term contract. He isn't availableZidane or Pochettino are the only managers that might be available that can fix this team.
Paddy to be Zidane's translator? Why else is he hanging out with Ed?
Well at least we'll have some kind of fun
Paddy will be Director of Social Media
As if Zidane would come here as a caretaker manager...It's a win win if we get him right now. If he does poorly as caretaker no one can blame him because of the mess we are in, if he does well he'll get nothing but praise for it.
Basically anyone but our current manager.
He's everything we don't need right now. We need someone to come in and refocus our approach, someone to sit with the players and discuss their role within a system. We need more than cheerleading. He seems like the obvious fit for the club right now, he'd have no doubt been a hero for the likes of Pogba and Martial, he likes developing young players so Rashford will be in good hands too and he'll come in with a lot of confidence given how he left Madrid
Still think we're at best a few more games from anything happening
This is what I think. We need a great man manager right now because morale is pretty non-existent it seems. I would advise the club to hire the very best available coaches they can find to help him. Would keep McKenna/Carrick, but we're in dire need of some good technical, progressive coaching imho. It's a win win if we get him right now. Let a man dreamAs if Zidane would come here as a caretaker manager...
Same. We might still win feck all but at least we might play some football. As funny as it sounds I would take Wenger for the rest of the season. Think the players would feel like a breath of fresh air having him instead of Mou

Did you see his Arsenal side last season?Same. We might still win feck all but at least we might play some football.
One season doesn’t change a history of identity that his sides have had - quick attacking football based on intelligent movementDid you see his Arsenal side last season?
These sort of posts are baffling. Why do I see multiple people suggest Wenger to be our manager in 2018? It's bonkers. As funny as it sounds I would take Wenger for the rest of the season. Think the players would feel like a breath of fresh air having him instead of Mou
Would be far better for this season as caretaker then struggling through with Mourinho. At least we'd get some attacking football, there would be a sense of relief around the club with the cnut finally gone, and we might even sneak into 4thIt's sounds funny and it is funny.
His later years were plagued with ineffectual football that also didn't deliver results. If we're sacking Mourinho, we should probably understand it's best to avoid managers who appear to have allowed the game to pass over them. One season doesn’t change a history of identity that his sides have had - quick attacking football based on intelligent movement
There are loads of actually reasonable reasons for it (as caretaker). Our season is in the trash already, lets not sugar coat it. Wenger as caretaker would give a huge sense of relief to the players and the mood at the club with Mourinho finally being gone, we'd have a manager that plays attacking football (with actual defensive midfielders that he hasn't had at Arsenal in ages), he always liked using young flair type players which we have a lot of, and we might even sneak into 4th place with a big change of mentality like that. Nobody is saying give it to him long term. As caretaker? In a heartbeat I would take it. Might sound strange, but it makes sense in a lot of ways. These sort of posts are baffling. Why do I see multiple people suggest Wenger to be our manager in 2018? It's bonkers.
Far better than Mourinho this season or Mourinho's last season at Chelsea...Did you see his Arsenal side last season?

I somehow doubt he'll be wanting the role...No zidane. Alex back for the rest of the season. That itself is a top 4 finish.
What?No zidane. Alex back for the rest of the season. That itself is a top 4 finish.
He shouldn't even be allowed to watch this United play, let alone manage them.No zidane. Alex back for the rest of the season. That itself is a top 4 finish.
I’d take him as a caretaker till end of season. I don’t expect him to make us contenders again but he can certainly improve our most glaring faults. His later years were plagued with ineffectual football that also didn't deliver results. If we're sacking Mourinho, we should probably understand it's best to avoid managers who appear to have allowed the game to pass over them.
is that cnut thing necessary? Do you think Wenger would take a caretaker job at United? If we only want a breath of fresh air and nice football we can give it to Carrick.Would be far better for this season as caretaker then struggling through with Mourinho. At least we'd get some attacking football, there would be a sense of relief around the club with the cnut finally gone, and we might even sneak into 4th
Obviously not saying give him the permanent job. But as a caretaker it'd be perfect IMO.
didnt stop him to win some champions league titles did it ? Some smart people say that it doesn't matter what you say but actually which way you say it or how it sounds. I am pretty sure he would get the best out of Pogba, some top top players might wanna come to join him at United too for our comeback. He would need probably just three players to get us challenging. RW, striker, CB and possibly another fullback and I am sure he would be backed...I think the language barrier may be significant. Not sure of any coach succeeding in EPL who does not speak English. Bale stated that he had that issue with Zidane after Zizou left.
Perhaps due to stated French and Spanish connections he may be fine but the guy will have to pick up the language to really inspire the guys when an emotional half time team talk is needed.
Honestly, yeah, with Mourinho from a footballing perspective, it is. On a personal level, I don't know the guy, but I don't really care about that either. Everything as a manager from him is pretty cnutish. He picks fights with everyone, he insults other managers all the time, over the years his career is littered with unsavoury moments like the eye poke in the classico, he calls out his players in public, deflects blame and so on. From a football managers perspective, a cnut is exactly what he is.is that cnut thing necessary? Do you think Wenger would take a caretaker job at United? If we only want a breath of fresh air and nice football we can give it to Carrick.
We will be pulling out a bayern thenNo zidane. Alex back for the rest of the season. That itself is a top 4 finish.
Unbelievable suggestion.What?
Sir Alex has had a seriously health scare. Last thing he is doing is returning to management especially to this mess.
