Do US not have any promising young keepers?

Position they've been incredibly strong in last 20 years (Keller, Friedel, Howard and Guzan was fine up to 2014).
USA No. 1 is Zack Steffen who just got injured this past weekend. He is 23 and has a very bright future.

What is it with Dortmund producing attacking players that look like world beaters but underwhelm elsewhere? Kagawa, Gotze, Mkhi, Dembele all recent examples.
I wouldn't put Dembele in that group, he was hurt for most of his first season but almost every game last and this season he's played he's produced something, whether key chances, goals, or assists. I also think Sancho is the kind of player that will shine in other teams as well.

Edit: What a beauty by Lingard!

If Lingard could apply those moments of brilliance to his regular play he’d be an outstanding player.

oooft what a beauty

Lingard might not be the most productive player going, but I swear when he scores it's almost always a beauty.

England are actually a really good watch.

Lingard great goal. Sancho looks quality to be fair.

First time seeing Sancho play but I can already imagine the impact he’d have for us

Only Lingard's second goal in 8 months which might come as a surprise.

Pretty difficult to make top corner bangers part of your regular play to be fair

Sancho a prime example of how getting out of the PL can be so successful for developing. Wouldn’t have stood a chance at city

Foden needs to get the hell out while he can, and actually get some game time.

It doesn’t!
:D

I like him but I have to admit my opinion of him deviated somewhat when I found out his age. He had a good purple patch last season and people were saying he's better than Dele Alli who is four years younger and his worst season statistically better than Lingard's.

Signing a 6 year contract soon apparently.
Will be a massive shame if he wastes his career at City, pretty clear he's not going to get any proper opportunities. De Bruyne is out and he's barely even had a sniff.

At the very least he needs a loan.
