Ohmygad, we're winning 3-0 at half time. This is new.

In all seriousness, decent performance. Fulham are trash but so are plenty other teams we've made look like Prime Barca.

Hopefully score some more in the second.

I’m unable to watch the game, but I take it we’re playing well?
Quick passing, no dwelling on the ball. Fulham have sat deep and invited pressure but uncharacteristically we've capitalised on it. Team seems cohesive and players playing for each other. Dalot been great going forward too. Very nice half, albeit against a pretty terrible side.

So basically all it takes for us to actually attack like we mean it is playing essentially a Championship team. Got it.

Really good half. Not the best defense from Fulham, but our attacking players do seem to connect better with each other today. Hopefully we can keep playing more like this in the future and maybe improve our confidence.

This is how we should look against the lower lights of the Premier League. Makes the Palace and Southampton performances look worse frankly.

I agree with you. Our issue is Jose never sticks with an 11 anymore.
Yeah that's my biggest gripe with the guy. He's struggling to know what's his best team which is unacceptable after 2.5 years.

Say it everytime he plays but we always look like a much better side when Mata starts. He just cobbles things together.
Absolutely. The one guy from our squad who you can actually leave to his own devices in attack, like Jose seems to do.

It's definitely a fair sized part of it.

There's acres of space and they're giving us time, but to be fair we're making good use of it.
I've been so confused this half as to why they're giving our full-backs so much space. Also I love Ander Herrera. feck off Pogba, Matic and everyone else before that boy ever leaves.

fans like you are the best. Lukaku scores a tap in against Fulham and now everyone who doesn’t think he’s prime messi isn’t a top red
Lukaku scored... Don't give a flying feck how, he scored to finish a well worked move to put us 3-0 up and somehow you are moaning...

Get a fecking grip you weirdo

Best first half performance of the season by a country mile and not just in terms of goals scored. We attacked with intent from the first to last minute, passing was crisp and intelligent, both the fullbacks were positive (we actually looked dangerous down the right flank for once) and converted our chances.

    Lukaku was diabolical, though.

    Mourinho doesn't look to happy.
At least our other players look better in that regard. We have been bad for so long so it is obvious we will not turn into pure bliss right now from being rock bottom.

Pretty sure it feels better inside for most of our players and hopefully Mourinho too.

Fulham are the worst side I've seen this season, no pressure on the ball and defensively clueless, this is a gimme for even our inept manager.

Yep, we should only watch when we are winning.
At least your idol is finally winning a match hey, his remarkable management may have us up to 6th later. Incredible achievement.

Great game so far, really lively. I like the look of Dalot a lot.
Can't remember the last time we looked dangerous down the right flank and that's entirely down to Dalot and his positivity.

    MotM so far.

Exactly. Get the top quality players out and the jammy grafters in. United need to get back to that industrial blue collar style anyway. They aren't known for flash (Best, Cantona, Beckham, Ronaldo)
Some of those posters have short memories. It's like we never got knocked by derby without him or awful against young boys just last week

Good effort from everyone, I'd like to see the same vs some half decent teams next.

    Most enjoyable half since ???

The players look like they're enjoying it too. Really nice to see Dalot doing well. Fulham are playing really badly but at least we're actually making the most of it and putting together some nice play

    Agreed on all points.
Pogba only plays hard, when he chooses to play hard.
I was pleased when he came, and have always supported him when others were slagging him off. But his comments to the media about the manager are unprofessional, his high five to a Juve player when we are losing at halftime was a disgrace, and his general body language is of a man who doesn't want to be here. So if he doesn't want to be here, he can get the hell out of Dodge.

A fridge could have scored that goal, the build up was good but it had nothing to do with Him. You seem a bit too happy about beating a team that is literally league 1 level ...

Great first half. Exactly how we should be playing against all bottom 10 teams at home or away. But unfortunately it won't be a regular thing. And this is Fulham, they're shite.

Some good football in this half and Mata's movement is, as usual, fantastic. He can coach the rest of our team how and when to make runs off the ball.

Even when it's cockneys singing that Mourinho chant, it always sounds like that ffs  "fake news".
Opposition fans sing it most weeks at OT, no idea why some interpreted it as coming from the United fans.
