Huge night for Juventus.....the one thing they were always missing was that goalscorer who could produce in the big moments and boy do they have one....

Delighted for them

Juve deserved it. Have no idea why Atleti decided to play like that.

Ronnie junior looking on proudly:)

Can be wrong but it looks obvious Bernardeschi tripped himself? Why didn't VAR guys signal it to the ref?

Ronaldo called his friends and relatives to watch the take tonight because he thinks tonight will be a special night. Jorge Mendes is also coming to Turin to watch the match.

He knew it :smirk: no words

I retract that comment. That was harsh on Newcastle as they’re higher in a better league.

Schalke are one of the worst sides in recent years to make this stage.
They’re always a waste of space at this level. The last memory I have of them is 2010-2011 when we could have scored about 20 over the two legs were it not for Neuer.

At least Juve dominated Atletico like Barcelona did PSG. PSG against us was just 10/10 bottle job.

Don’t know how Griezmann can enjoy shit on a stick football every season. He should come and play under Ole, they can have Alexis in return.

Nah they aren't. Atletico completely outplayed them at home but basically came here to park the bus and it's cost them. City for me is definitely the best side in Europe, but the thing with them is the club has that disconnect with the CL that most other clubs don't have.
Bet that changes when they win it this season. No one is near them this season.

He was pushed in the back. Clear pen. Stupid stupid stupid, but clean
Maybe I was focused looking at his legs. Just something I noticed these days as a common theme when the attackers try to get away from the defenders, they often trip themselves which looks natural and may even get a red or yellow for the opposite player.

Surely Simeone deserves some serious flak for that 'gameplan'. Approach appeared to be surrender all possession and hope they didn't score 3. So cowardly.

Also Chiellini is a massive windup. Magnificent. With Ramos out, he's the hero we need.

Damn I dislike Atletico. Such a "Drecksmannschaft".

Great game. The better football team advances!

very well deserved. what a cowards athletico are. even at 2-0 they were defending on the edge of their box. The tournament is better without them.
