I think we need to learn from our past mistakes, okay we want the best players but almost every time we have signed somebody that went through a massive transfer saga like this it has eventually ended badly for us. We want players that want to be here, and that dont want to mess about in the media, and that probably means that it will be slim pickings for a while but I think in the long run this current approach is harming the club.

Exactly. If we sell Lukaku and Pogba, we should be spending 500m this summer give the amount of money we'd be bringing in. Pogba is 150m and Lukaku should be at least 60. So that's 210m. We originally needed to spend at least 250m without selling anyone. It'd be insane window. I would hope we get to keep Pogba and buy Bruno, but I fear Bruno will be Pogba's replacement, and we'll do a similar cut-price deal to replace Lukaku (sell for 60/70, buy someone like Dembele for 30/40.)
After seeing what Hazard with one year left and Coutinho went for £150m is the minimum we should be looking for.
