I don't wanna see Liverpool or Man City. You lot finished 1 place above Wolves so they're your rivals.
I wont start the Everton thread but someone should.

Hazard is gone and you have a transfer ban and are heavily favored to appoint a (seemingly talented but inexperienced) manager from the Champo; One of Chelsea or United could definitely get passed by one of Wolves, Everton or Leicester if things break correctly and one of those teams upgrades where they're weakest and can find the sort of talents they did with signings like Jimenez and Moutinho and Richarlison and Digne and Tielemans and Pereira.I don't wanna see Liverpool or Man City. This is a thread about about your rivals Wolves. Arsenal and Spurs seem far more stable to me, even if Eriksen goes. Tough to see them falling under 65 points, whereas a nightmare season for Chelsea or United seems far likelier.
Hudson-Odoi and Pulisic are good young wingers, they need to replace Hazard's contribution with a proper star of a 9 and a central mid (or get the mythical breakout Loftus-Cheek season he does actually seem capable of). This is how people react when you lose your best player and don't have a chance to replace him.

Is that even possible, man?Everton thread will only start after game week 6 when we firmly 12th on 4 points.
We were poor for most part of the season they were lauded for having brilliant season especially Wolves and we still ended up comfortably ahead of them so question is why on earth posters believe they would get ahead of us unless we completely tank the upcoming season.I must say that I have been asking myself how we expect to be ahead of Wolves, Everton, Leicester and co by targeting only the same players they would sign? I know ‘bigger signings haven’t worked well for us of late, but there are players that we can sign that we have a clear advantage over them for, which if they work, give us an edge. Dybala, for one example - would never join Wolves or Everton. He may join United, and if successful here, is what gives us an advantage over them.
A summer of James, Godfrey, Longstaff and Collins and co could easily be replicated by these teams too. Then Pogba may go too, then we will be looking at a side that could very easily be playing for Everton or Wolves instead of us.
You have to use your eyes. This was the same logic last season which had Liverpool immediately installed as favourites ahead of us, despite finishing 4th and us finishing 2nd. It was clear who was the better side.We were poor for most part of the season they were lauded for having brilliant season especially Wolves and we still ended up comfortably ahead of them so question is why on earth posters believe they would get ahead of us unless we completely tank the upcoming season.
We will see unless we are struggling to get past 64points we should be fine in regards to Wolves and Everton and Maddison would be brilliant addition to United and Unless Wolves make big investment in their Squad I don't see them much of a threat they are being seriously overrated on here let's wait and watch. You have to use your eyes. I don’t think Wolves are better than us, but they easily have the potential to be, on the basis that they have the first key advantage of having an actual team, not just XI players. Their players have a clue what they are doing, their manager sets them up with a plan, which will get another 20% from them rather than just relying on the individual quality of their players, like we do. Secondly, if we lose our world class players and replace them with a bunch of players from the Championship, or middle of the PL players who were themselves in the a Championship the season before (in Maddison’s case, League One in Longstaff’s) - then the clear advantage in quality of footballer we have over Wolves would reduce massively too. After all, they themselves won the Championship, convincingly, just the season before last.
And so far they didn’t signed anyone relevant, with Cavaleiro or Costa already loaned to the Championship. Can see Wolves comfortably getting to knock out rounds of Europa.
How much that will affect their league form remains to be seen but last season Chelsea and Arsenal were dropping loads of points on Sundays and they're european stalwarts so fair to say it will impact on their league placing this year.
Nothing in the Diego Costa rumour I don't think. We've had a quiet window although that's pretty much the same everywhere, expecting 2 or 3 at least in early next week, we wouldn't have let Costa and Cavaleiro go otherwise. Hopefully Cutrone will be finalised over the next couple of days, good prospect 21 and only 20m.Wasn't there some talk of Diego Costa the other week? Don't really see that as Raul Jimenez is very much their lead striker but yes they certainly need some wide forwards to come in with those two loaned out.
Seems a weird transfer. Why would he go from back-up at Milan to back-up at Wolves?Nothing in the Diego Costa rumour I don't think. Milan need to raise funds it seems. He will get starts if he signs Nuno will rotate more this season so he should get plenty of game time. Don't know who else we are signing.Seems a weird transfer. Why would he go from back-up at Milan to back-up at Wolves?
Who do you expect to sign other than him?
