Do we even have enough squad places for 6 new signings? I guess Lukaku and Darmian will leave, how many would we have left?
Don’t forget that we can sell players after August 8th. I think it’s actually good to get everyone in, assess, then let the ones who won’t get a place leave or go on loan.

can genuinely see Lukaku, Darmian, Sanchez, one of Rojo or Jones (Id say Bailly too but now he’s injured), Pereira (Joel) or Grant going and also a couple of our youngsters on loan.

we’ll find space.

I wouldn't mind Mandzukic provided we got others in. The Juventus fans love him because he tracks back and throws his weight about. When I watched them last season they chanted ' MARIO' more than anything else.

Real Madrid reach agreement with Van de Beek
An agreement has been reached on contractual terms with the 22-year-old, but as yet Real Madrid haven't offered Ajax a deal that is acceptable.
That is the next step and a fee of between 60 and 70 million euros could well be enough to tempt the Dutch club to sell

So from looking we have currently have 26 players that need registering (including AWB and James), and the maximum is 25. If we do somehow miraculously sign 4 more players this summer, then we'll need to get rid of 5 players.

Lukaku, Darmian, J. Pereira (loan), Sanchez and Rojo is who I'd choose. Personally I think we'll only sign 2 more players max and Lukaku, Pereira and Darmian will leave.

Indeed. Chase your main targets all summer and then pay over the odds for your back up when you don't get them
Indeed but we've not seen Woodward's play yet. We could be about to do something daft. Chances are we definitely will.

It's because of the financial situation. In terms of which one is nicer, there's no contest. It's Italia, by miles.
As tedious as this argument is, I cant seem to help myself from chipping in my tuppence worth. As somebody with lots of Italian family and who holidays in Italy every year, I agree and disagree. The weather in Italy as a whole is much better and many bits of it are very nice, but other bits are pretty shit. Manchester is the same, only without the weather. Turin, specifically, is not known for its weather (cold in the winter, muggy and humid in the summer) or its niceness, it's an industrial town which was historically viewed as a bit of a dump in Italy until fairly recent investment. It's not a massive downgrade coming from Turin to Manchester.
