To be fair, it's estimated there are 205 Americans that fit into that category and their annual income works out to about 20 billion a year in total (based on 2017 figures). Warren's two cents on the dollar tax (increase I assume?) only adds up to 400 million dollars.

Hard to tell from the tweet. There it looks like it's applied to annual income but from what RD says maybe it's different.
If she's taxing wealth then there is a larger pool of households to collect from and she'd probably get a one time return of around 85-100 billion, but it's not being applied that simply so it's difficult to say what the return would be.
