In flight entertainment on the flight home for the Chelsea players is a one hour show on how to understand the offside rule.

Clearly touches his knee but with some if Salahs dives over the last year how can they complain?
Pundits are going to be insufferable with VAR this year. If they dont agree with VAR then its wrong huh?

I get the feeling the players just want this over with now. Meaningless trophy played on the other side of Europe, but at least 120 mins plus penalties tires the scousers out for the weekend.

Slow motion replay clearly showing contact being used to argue that, err, there was no contact.

This has been absolutely atrocious from BT.

Liverpool'll win on pens then have a mass wankfest about their greatness.

BT are desperate to focus on the penalty. Wonder if they’d be as outspoken if Salah was the one who went down.

The touch slightly rolls the top of his sock down a bit. Fine margins you Scouse pricks.

I'm curious as to who it is now
I think I edited after you commented. I think Smith is the other bloke. It's the main commentator who is with Smith that I want to rescue.

I vaguely remember him being good at them when he was at West Ham. Might be thinking of someone else though.
Everton Fa cup I think, yeah I remember Robles took one and saved it and Adrian took one and knocked them out. I just think Chelsea got the better pen takers than ours.

Penalty shootouts are only fun when it’s not your team taking them.

Wait, as the almighty, heavy metal football, Liverpool haven't just blown away Chelsea does that mean United are good?

Cos on Sunday certain pundits were implying we only won cos Chelsea have a transfer ban and lost Hazard..?
No it clearly means that Liverpool are shite too, along with Tottenham, Barcelona, City etc. The worlds best teams are shite, then it’s downhill from there on down.

Life is one big disappointment.

She's kept up with the game even though she's a woman.

Paraphrasing. I think he was just trying to be nice. Could have worded it better, it's a non-issue though.
Hmmm, not sure that's too bad is it?

It's early in the season in incredibly humid conditions and she looks fine. That's impressive I think.

I can imagine plenty of male refs like big fat Jon Moss not managing 120 minutes tonight.

Adrians had a great game. Think he'll cap off a terrific night and do it for Liverpool.

I still haven't seen a good angle on that penalty, they keep showing the angle where the keeper is blocking the view of any potential contact! They only have one other angle? Doesn't look like a penalty from what I can see.

Not bad at all. Won't stop the white knights though.
