Currently torn between two options:
1. Salah & KDB (my current situation)
2. Mane & Sterling
I can get the required 1.5 by downgrading Ederson to Adrian.
Any advice will be much appreciated.

Terrible return so far. Sig and Fraser doing nothing again. Salah as captain. 2 Pool defenders. Ake conceding. Only King not on a blank.

Friend of mine is a Norwich supporter and was raving about him since last season. Took a punt on him as captain this week. 62 points (including bonuses) with 4 left to play. After an average 74 points last week, quite elated. Also, need to shunt out Filipe Anderson. Waste at 7 million.

By all accounts I'm on 30 with 7 to play. Vardy, Perez, sterling, KDB, ederson and Kelly, AWB

I'm almost certainly wildcarding. Need to get Sig and Fraser out and want more expensive replacements, so will need more than 2 changes. They'll obviously score next game like, and Pukki is obviously due to not do so. I need to make changes and follow rises though.

Only had 4 play so far. Heaton, VVD, Salah(c) all blanked. Wilson assist.

Need a huge effort from other 7 still to play.

FPL is back and the rollercoaster is already in motion.

I had a real shit week last week, so I wildcarded, but it didn't go much better (so far).
Made Origi my captain, I have no idea what I was thinking when I did that.
I've got Vardy and Auba up front, so hopefully Vardy can fix this bad week. I'm keeping Salah but I'm glad I didn't make him captain either

Would you rather have

Martial and Wilson
Martial and Rashford
KDB and Barnes
Probably KDB and Barnes as I don't think double Utd attack is wise. 1 of them fair enough but I think we will struggle to score goals against teams who defend deep. Chelsea played into our hands.

Captaining Salah turned out to be a bad idea. Also Adrian and VVD not keeping clean sheets. Might get rid of Jimenez for Pukki. Or do a -4 and get rid of VVD/Greenwood for Pukki and a cheap defender.

KDB Barnes for sure. Burnley only have a couple tricky games for a while but a lot he has a chance of scoring in. KDB is KDB

Needed Sterling to keep quiet today, the shitehawk. Guaranteed a blank next week when I bring him in.

Why do I feel like Fraser and Sigurdsson are going to come good soon.

Fantasy is the definition of knee-jerk decisions
It can be, but there's a fine line between a knee jerk, and a getting on the bandwagon before it's too late.

Wilson for example, has now got 2 assists in 2 weeks. Alright I suppose. But City up next, with Rashford v Southampton at home? That's dangerous.

Is Pukki, 4 goals in 2, going to be this year's cheap striker option. Or is Barnes?
Both play for teams you can't imagine being goal animals, but maybe they'll get the majority of their team's goals.

Expensive Liverpool defenders again not getting a clean sheet. Can you afford to have two?

Lots of questions.

De Bruyne with two assists, King and Firmino with goals. Good stuff. Defence has been poor though with both Liverpool (Robertson) and City (Zinchenko, Ederson) conceding.

I have Barkley, Wan-Bissaka, Martial and Rashford still to play though. Might get to my 45 points target.

Matip is good value, right? He will be rotated with Gomez from time to time but at £5.5m in a steady defence it’s a good piece of business.

Are they steady though? They've played two not great teams and conceded. I might ship out both my Pool defenders until they sure up.

Wouldn't want to take that risk, as sod's law dictates he'll miss the clean sheets, and play the others! That's what happened when I went Matip last year! He'd played loads in a row, but Klopp would throw Lovren - who is still just about there, and Gomez in!

Right. I had Robertson but I feel £7m is steep. He will get a few assists and goals but VvD will also score. Prefer to have van Dijk and Laporte over Robertson and Zinchenko. I have used wild card.

Ederson / Button
Wan-Bissaka / van Dijk / Laporte / Walker-Peters / Lundstram
Martial / Sigurdsson / De Bruyne / Ceballos / Barkley
Barnes / Rashford / Aubameyang

Is my team for now. I was tempted to trade out Sigurdsson but he will be taking penalties and should score and assists a few goals.

Using wild card now is cool I think if you want to get players who will be rising. Next week I wouldn’t be able to get Ceballos and Barnes in, I guess.

Looks quite good, but I think you need at least one of Salah and Sterling. I'm looking at shipping Sig out personally.

I won’t get them. Too expensive, I would need to sacrifice too many players. I think KdB, Martial and Rashford will get loads of points this season. De Bruyne was over 200 in the season before injury from what I remember, there’s no reason why he should be £9.5m really.

My knee jerked and I done three subs for a minus 4.

Perez, Barkley and Greenwood out for Dendonker, Ceballos and Pukki.

Might as well get em in before the price hikes.

I'm looking at all of em

Pope
Laporte WanB Maitland-Niles
Salah Sterling KDB Ceballos
Vardy Pukki Barnes

Could have Martial for KDB and Auba for Vardy there but KDB is on fire. Could also have Rashford in instead of Vardy.

Good team. I like my attack though, I think all three will score 15+ this season. Pukki and Vardy could end up around Rashford though. Aubameyang should easily get 20 and 10 though.

Yeah I do want Auba like. Will have to see how things pan out. If I catch rises from now on, I'll be able to afford him in a similar set up eventually.

Norwich and Bournemouth have a tough fixture next week. Perhaps not the best time to be bringing them in.e

I feel like Barnes will be more stable than Pukki in the long term anyway. So should be Joshua King.

I would still get Pukki though for the upside he offers, just can not afford it anymore with the price increase.

Norwich weren't concerned about Liverpool. I doubt they'll be scared of Chelsea. Pukki is surely due a blank but I want him in before a rise.
