Reading up on Epstein. His cell was supposed to get checked every 30 minutes. On the night he died his cellmate got moved, both guards fell asleep, and the camera that covered his cell malfunctioned. You compare that to his first spell in jail when he lived like a king. Only difference this time the positions of some of the people he was supplying underage girls to was coming out and Andrew name was already out there.

Why weren't there more questions about Ghislaine and that friendship?
When he was asked the last time he'd seen Ghislaine and he said in the summer. The interviewer then said you saw her after Epstein died or something to that effect, and he back tracked horribly. Then said he saw her before, in the Spring etc. Like what the hell? He was so lying.

There's something odd about Ghislaine's situation. No law enforcement personnel seems to be actively looking for her. Why is that? Yes of course she has dirt on powerful people, but so did Epstein. Maybe she's just better at hiding the evidence to protect herself? Feck knows. The whole situation is so strange.

Perhaps she has higher connections than, say, Heidi Fleiss did.

Still wondering why Ghislaine Maxwell hasn't been arrested yet
I was wondering the exact same thing. Is she in hiding or something?
Because she most definitely has more little black books full of contacts for people with much more power and wealth than Epstein.... She is safe so long as she holds this information.

This is of course, my opinion.
That's my belief as well. I think she is in "hiding" but realistically can be found easily. She has too much dirt on people.

I am hoping the media kick off again about her. I hate Piers Morgan but he raised the question an hour ago - he's a good start with his morning show and DM article, he can get momentum for it

Can Andrew be charged with anything in the U.K.? She was 17, and at the time unknowingly having sex with someone who was trafficked was not a crime. It would be very difficult to prove he knew she was trafficked..

He has diplomatic immunity so he can’t be charged anywhere I don’t think.

Not sure the members of the Royal Household have sovereign immunity with crimes that occur in the UK. They do have immunity with civil proceedings but not criminal. But I think @momo83 point about it all being difficult to prove it would be the ultimate factor anyway.

In any case that was an absolute car crash of an interview.

Can anyone be tried in this country for a crime committed in another country, or was she in this country too?

I was thinking more about what potentially occured in the Tramps nightclub and the London home of Ghislane Maxwell which is apparently where the Virginia Roberts accusation happened.

Right, sorry. I thought the alleged crimes happened in the US. My bad.

I think we all know that there’s zero chance of him being prosecuted here.

Just checked it up.
Queen/head of state. Can kill, rape, rob and can’t get arrested. Good for her just like the old days.

Everyone else in her family, including her husband and , currently Charles, can get arrested. But
1) They can’t get arrested if she is there
2) Can’t get arrested in a Palace.

But reality is the top ones, children of the monarch etc will get away with anything.

I can't imagine the Queen stopping the police from arresting the Family Feck Up tbh.

They never let it get to that point. It’s all brushed under the carpet long before then.

Exactly. Look at Epstein simply just rich and connected. His first case anyone else would have got life without parole in the USA.. but the things that were happening to protect him defy belief. FBI had a case but something happened that prevented them continuing that case. The victims were not treated like victims and merely obstacles. That’s simply for Epstein who was rich and well connected, but in the end expendable.

Surely his victim has the original negative of that photo? Or digital whatever. That can prove it isn't fake.

I’m sure if it had been super imposed from another picture of Andrew the original would have materialised by now.

The picture is genuine otherwise it would have been debunked by now.

I suspect Andrew’s people have done extensive detective due diligence on the original photo and it no longer exists. Hence his confidence in stating its impossible to ascertain legitimacy of a photo of a photo of a photo.

It seems there is currently no technology to prove its genuine and not a edited photoshop.

I’d expect them to manufacture another picture. A supposed ‘original’ that does exactly what you just said. It’s the perfect way to undermine the claims.

If he is innocent (I have no idea either way), then that was a great impression of a squirming royal-paedo-rapist.

The monarchy is something I will never understand.

in 2019, with the current outrage culture how can anyone be cool or accept the power they have. Will the Rich always be above the law? Could this ever change. Surely in another 15-20 years they’ll be riots etc vs the monarchy.

In hindsight, hosting the interview in a gilded vault didn't really scream, 'man who eats at Pizza Express in Woking'.

Other then the good vibe they bring to the nation whenever there’s a wedding, at tax payers expense, or new baby I’ve never understood the point of having them.

It’ll probably take one getting off with something to really turn the public against them.

My mum's read a few Lady Colin Campbell books and, apparently, LCC is a posh Katie Hopkins.

No. As a royal, he enjoys diplomatic immunity.
The dopy git should have just kept his mouth shut and his head down.
But instead, he has now made himself the narrative.

Are you sure its diplomatic immunity he enjoys? That's only reserved for actual foreign government diplomats.

Some time ago I was at an RAF station in Scotland on behalf of the jet engine supplier.
The Prince was visiting the station and I was there to answer any questions he might have about the aircraft's jet engines.
He was being shown around by a large group of officers and he came up to the engines I was to covering. He walked around for a few minutes pretending to know what he looking at. Then then asked a question.
I started to answer him and he said 'not you, the officers' and ignore me completely.
After he moved on, one of the officers came up to me and apologised.
Nice chap...

He has a terrible reputation for rudeness - even workmen (fitting radiators or some other heating devices) at the Palace complained that he routinely told them to f*ck off.
