Joe Biden is the Babylon Buju Banton was singing against
Biden is the strong favourite now and its just a matter of time before he amasses enough delegates to win the nomination. Next week Biden will get a blowout win in Mississippi & Missouri. If Biden also does well in Michigan then that should seal the nomination for him. There is a zero chance Sanders loses the elections if he survives the primaries.
I'd actually say there is a zero chance he loses the primaries if he's in play for a few more weeks. Which he is, isn't?
You are days away from a major health crisis with a very likely Economic decceleration immediately after, is the "race", as it stands now, accounting for this?I’d say the chances are significant higher than zero, otherwise he would be dominating the race right now.
she's already done the damage by staying through the ST when the centrists were coalescing.Lets see who Warren endorses.
It wouldn’t have mattered much since she barely picked up any delegates anyway.she's already done the damage by staying through the ST when the centrists were coalescing.
It won't happen but completely counter intuitively they should have her endorse Bernie and then when Biden inevitably wins the candidacy, select her as his VP with Bernie's full endorsement.Lets see who Warren endorses.
I don't think you can relate her delegate count to the effect of her staying in as she was not viable in many places. If she was not running, Bernie would certainly have larger leads in California and Colorado, and would be closer in Texas, Minnesota and Massachusetts. It wouldn’t have mattered much since she barely picked up any delegates anyway.
the oppsite is trueIt wouldn’t have mattered much since she barely picked up any delegates anyway.
In what possible Bernie maths have you calculated this!?!?There is a zero chance Sanders loses the elections if he survives the primaries.

Well, 57 might not be much but it's a tight race as of now. It could have helped i think. It wouldn’t have mattered much since she barely picked up any delegates anyway.
I don’t know how much her dropping out early would’ve helped Sanders given that she was polling so poorly towards the end. It’s also a mistake to presume all her supporters would go to Sanders, since she was viewed as a bit closer to the establishment than he was.I don't think you can relate her delegate count to the effect of her staying in as she was not viable in many places. What makes you say that ? He might be behind in Florida but the polls show he's ahead in illinois and Ohio as well as Arizona. In what possible Bernie maths have you calculated this!?!?
That is an insane statement. In all likelihood he will be effectively out of the primaries by this time in 2 weeks, although he'll probably drag it out till its official again.
My maths aren't related to Bernie. It's just that I think there is a very high chance that:In what possible Bernie maths have you calculated this!?!?

yeah I'm not saying 90% of Warren supporters would go to Sanders, but a majority would based on second choice polls.I don’t know how much her dropping out early would’ve helped Sanders given that she was polling so poorly towards the end. It’s also a mistake the presume all her supporters would go to Sanders, since she was viewed as a bit closer to the establishment than he was.
More like Kamala HarrisJoe Biden is the Babylon Buju Banton was singing against
I feel this wouldn't have changed a thing. Tuesday was a total capitulation for Sanders. He lost and lost baldy as did sheshe's already done the damage by staying through the ST when the centrists were coalescing.
the endorsements coalesced biden's vote very stongly, if something similar happened with warren sanders would have a delegate lead of a couple of hundred, after winning minn, mass, maine, texas, and smashing california.I feel this wouldn't have changed a thing. Tuesday was a total capitulation for Sanders. He lost and lost baldy as did she
Polls taken before Supet Tuesday are beyond meaningless at this point. As far I can see there are no recent polls for those states but Michigan which he absolutely needs to do well in and was previously polling well in is now also to polling for Biden. What makes you say that ? He might be behind in Florida but the polls show he's ahead in illinois and Ohio as well as Arizona.
The race might be tighter than what you think.
I think Warren would prefer the treasury secretary job.It won't happen but completely counter intuitively they should have her endorse Bernie and then when Biden inevitably wins the candidacy, select her as his VP with Bernie's full endorsement.
Me tooHave a feeling Warren will go with Biden.
You need to stop making so much sense. Only Bernie supporters are toxic remember? Also, Bernie voters have been called "bros" for 4 years (by Hillary, Biden, Warren), compared to Nazis and the plague (on MSNBC), unreliable, stupid, unable to do maths, privileged (on social and mainsream media), living in basements (Hillary), people who complain to much (Biden), people who should vote for Trump and whose votes are not needed (Biden), might hurt in a general election if tone is so important. Female and non-white Bernie supporters have been condescended to, told they're bots, told they're fake, told they're traitors (all social media), that they're leftover residue (by Nate Silver), etc.
Surely the DNC can recognise that that’s the absolute worst thing they could possibly do right now?Have a feeling Warren will go with Biden.
Oh I think it’s inevitable. No way this coordination by the establishment didn’t involve Warren. She was probably promised with something, whether it was VP or some cabinet position.Have a feeling Warren will go with Biden.
You sound angry and emotional Bro. This is what we’re talking about. I don’t think it matters that much because the damage has been done.Surely the DNC can recognise that that’s the absolute worst thing they could possibly do right now?
If that happens they fracture the base hugely and create a left vs centre wedge that will hurt massively in November.
Getting Warren to back Bernie when it’s not going to stop all their other shenanigans in getting Biden in is a much better move in the grand scheme of things
Your righteous anger is now entering conspiracy theory zip codesOh I think it’s inevitable. No way this coordination by the establishment didn’t involve Warren. She was probably promised with something, whether it was VP or some cabinet position.
Overall yes, but Warren dropping out could have had enough effect for Bernie in Massachusetts and California.still struggling to understand the movement of the people stopped by a failed candidate not endorsing the movement leader after just 4 states going to vote. Especially when you consider the Bloomberg split on the centrist gang.
Politicians making deals with each other is conspiracy theory territory? That’s rather naive.Your righteous anger is now entering conspiracy theory zip codes
What shenanigans is the DNC doing?Surely the DNC can recognise that that’s the absolute worst thing they could possibly do right now?

i explained it to crappy in some detail, regarding how warren's strategy was similar to pete's and amy's, while bloomberg's wasn't, and how those 2 showed loyalty and got results whle she her staying in led to a total reversal.still struggling to understand the movement of the people stopped by a failed candidate not endorsing the movement leader after just 4 states going to vote. Especially when you consider the Bloomberg split on the centrist gang.
be careful you sound like a bro, treat this swing voter in a swing state with respect or you never know what might happen! if only bidencels weren't so toxic, we'd happily vote for him!!!Your righteous anger is now entering conspiracy theory zip codes
I'm not sure I buy the idea that Warren is somehow in on in this, but it's pretty clear there was a Party push to... well, push the moderate candidates to drop out. Apparently Obama was involved behind the scenes.Your righteous anger is now entering conspiracy theory zip codes
I fecking hate democratsa small note about tone:
a male bernie supporter pointed out that warren voters who choose biden are condemning hi to eath since he has to ration insulin. he was called an incel male privelege case. the fundamental fact of his imepdning death is, of course, not "incivil" or "hostile", he should die quietly.
there are many definitions of tone and civility and if you can't figure out which ones are being amplified here, idk what to tell you.
Is it really a huge conspiracy that both did terribly in the primary the day before and had zero chance of doing anything on Super Tuesday so they dropped out and endorsed someone similar to them who could do better? Isn't that just sensible? Now instead of the narrative being about Buttigieg and Klobuchar dropping out after awful Super Tuesdays they get some reflected glory. It's just sensible.I'm not sure I buy the idea that Warren is somehow in on in this, but it's pretty clear there was a Party push to... well, push the moderate candidates to drop out. Apparently Obama was involved behind the scenes.
