If it helps you feel any better I was terrified for Christian Cooper and random strangers diagnosing him with a mental health condition. Not myself personally. Feel free to not quote me in your BS posts.
Yeah, I'll feel free to quote any old bs, I like. Including yours.

What do you call the male version of racist Karen?

"A white Minneapolis venture capitalist's office lease was terminated after a viral video showed him questioning black entrepreneurs using the gym in a building of which they were all tenants, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reported Wednesday.

Tom Austin, the managing partner of F2 Group, threatened to call the police on the group of black men on Tuesday. The men are the owners of Top Figure, a Minneapolis-based social media and branding agency. They work out of a WeWork coworking space in the building and are allowed to use the amenities.

Austin ultimately called the building manager, who confirmed the men have a lease in the building. He told the Tribune that his actions led to his company losing its lease in the building."

Glad people like this are starting to get outed on a larger scale. They really dont understand the damage they're doing.

Indeed it is.

She kept mentioning that ‘this is America’ and that Donald Trump will thank her... does she not realise that Puerto Rico, and thus its people, has officially been a US territory for years  but she’s sooo ‘patriotic’ and you just know she is one of those people who you see in those social experiment YouTube videos that can’t even point to America on a map

edit: typo

She looks a bit like Trump to be honest.

Yeah, that backhanded "apology" was a train wreck.

Crazy that this happened in the same city that's currently having protests and looting over police killing a black man.
It shows a complete lack of self awareness. And, coming back to what people want to happen from these instances, sadly I don't think this man has learned anything from this encounter. I doubt he's really examined the reasons why he thought it suspicious that a group of black men using 1 key fob was suspicious and whether he'd have been equally suspicious three middle aged white man doing the same. Or Asians for that matter.

Seemingly what he's taken is a) don't get involved in things that aren't his business and b) probably hates social media and what its done to his business.

IF she is truly sorry and wanted to rehabilitate her reputation, Amy Cooper should get onto front line of protest for Floyd and become a vocal advocate for #BlackLivesMatter. I think it would be very powerful.

She probably wont as I suspect she is entrenched in her racist views and would be worried 'her people' would disown her.

I think what you're proposing would be far too radical a change in such a short space of time. What she needs to do is take a long hard think about why her behaviour was wrong and then spend time speaking to people particularly black people and other minorities to learn about their struggles. Only then will she understand why a group like BLM exists and at that point she could become an advocate.

She would get ripped to shreds within minutes if she even attempted to join protestors.

What if some high profile BLM advocates flanked her in a press conference?

We had a similar story on celebrity Big Brother years ago when a white chav celeb(Jade Goody) abused an Indian actress live on TV.

She subsequently visited India as guest of that actress and acted as a force for change. It was an amazing transformation to watch. The chav celeb died soon with an unrelated illness so we never got to see if her personal transformation could have inspired many others.

If she had an authentic transformation in her views that was well documented over months, then it would work. Anything short of that and it would be viewed as a cynical attempt to rehabilitate her image by latching on to other people's pain.

All that would be true if she waited until the police asked her for a description of the man threatening her before mentioning the colour of his skin.

She knew exactly what she was doing by saying she'll call the cops and say a black man is threatening her, she wanted him to fear for his life and run on.

I can agree she could have been frightened from the terminology she used and pulling something out of his pocket trying to call the dog over. I can see how she could have thought he was trying to poison the dog.

But none of that excuses what she did.

The fact that the racist bitch tells to him that she is gonna call the police and tell them that an African American is threatening her life makes me think quite clearly that she was not just describing him when she called the police. She clearly played the 'police card' in order to give her a victory and make him leave. It was far worse than just calling him a n*****. That would have been just racism, while here it was her being racist not to offend him, but because being a racist in this country, often gives you an advantage. The US police loves killing black people, and black people know it. So, she makes that clear to him, then calls the police doing so, and changes her voice to make it look like she is really being threatened. Clearly, Karen didn't give a feck what would happen to that guy (which could be from being arrested to being killed) just as long as she can have the unleashed dog in a place where it is disallowed to do so.

0 sympathy for her.

Because he was being a busy cnut. Clearly doesn’t deserve the subsequent treatment though.
It's no different from asking a diner at the next table in a restaurant to put out a cigarette.

She was breaking the rules and ruining it for everybody else in The Ramble.

But then you try luring the offending diner’s kid away from the table to protect them from second hand smoke. And when the diner gets irate you whip your camera out on her. Oh, and the restaurant and surrounding area are totally deserted.

He was right to raise the complaint but the treats and the phone would have made him look an ignorant dickhead had it been virtually any other woman, who wouldnt have surrendered the moral high ground to him by displaying horrendous insidious racism on camera.

None of that fits. You've totally misunderstood the comparison.

Yeah and if he hadn't the police would have believed him after she continued making up her story and treated him completely fairly. I am sure of it.

I thought his initially as well but he actually did explain why it was necessary and indicated another place she could go and have her dog off the leash.

Why does he even have to explain why it's necessary or point her in another direction? There's a sign that clearly puts him in the right.

"Can you walk with me to the police?"

:lol::lol::lol::lol:

It's hard to believe it happened 3-4 days ago - this city has been through so much in the past week.

Wait, did you guys entirely miss Svitlana Flom (the Ukrainian Karen)?

Why do these people always have this same look? Like I don’t mean white, I can’t really put a finger on what it is, but these people always have something about their facial structure/expressions that’s always common to them.

You mean that semi-stressed, slightly haunted bearing?

I fit the personality profile to a T!

I think I get what you mean & it’s definitely to do with the expression. I personally see a quiet rage going on, they’re annoyed about something & want to weaponise the police because they’re just as likely to overreact.

They also hate the fact they’re being recorded so are looking past the camera for support.

It’s a lonely place out on an island of racism when people won’t just do as they’re told.

It's amazing that the consequences for this woman will do absolutely nothing to discourage the next person to inevitably do this and ruin their life.
Natural selection at it‘s very best. The smart ones adapt and may walk the path of successful survival. The lesser ones risk a life in the dumps without offspring hopefully ending that racist branch of their family tree.

Your man has (according to twitter) since been fired from his job and dobbed to the police by his parents.

The kid who was being bullied has since been contacted by Rashford and Lingard, apparently.

Social media ain't all bad.
