Was thinking about making Kunt captain, but...nah, stuck with KDB.

Alright, half the other players also went with KDB as captain, but at least I haven't lost any ground. I'm heading for 63 points from 2 games. I don't often beat that for an entire GW. 7 scoring players.

Edit: 56 points from 9 which aint that bad. Dissapointed that Aguero didn't start but him nicking 4 points (4bonus) made me feel a bit better. Hope I can hit a 100+ score this GW.

Ha! I didn't go for him but I did get Mustafi over Targett that I regret but it could be turned around in the next game.

Unless you're saying you made 1 transfer per game week in that 5-6 week period they oddly allowed transfers, then I'm not sure what you expected.

A free hit would always wipe transfers in an individual week.

Yeah I did. Forgot KDB was on them and I don't think that was just because Aguero was off the pitch. I mean it might have been but I swear he took and scored the last one before the season was suspended because they kept missing em.

No chance. De Bruyne is a player he very rarely rests. And he took him off on about 65, so there's no way he's not straight back in for the Burnley game.

When Liverpool's title is confirmed, and City can't drop to 3rd, it might get more awkward, but even then, the champions league won't start until after game week 38, so it's just the FA cup next round that needs to be watched.

Problem is knowing who you want. I might want Son or Kane or our players depending on how they look. Want to see Liverpool too before knowing if I want Mane or Salah.

But if you’ve got a wildcard you can just change if that’s the case.

Yes, but then I don't gain the value if I change. Problem for me is do I remove TAA, De Bruyne and Aubameyang who I might want to get back.
Probably wait with them I guess.

I think he is the one player who is least likely to be as rotated as the rest. Everyone will need to be at every team. I think he is the best bet for City though and he looked like he needed match fitness against Arsenal.

I think the DGW will actually be a good thing now. I messed mine up by choosing the wrong players, but still got 66 points and can imagine Leno, Baldock, KdB, Grealish, McGinn, Aguero, Auba starting the next game and Mousset, Lundy and Mahrez at least getting more minutes.

Also have a bench boost, so have Martial, TAA and Soyuncu yet to play.

Double Game Week, I loaded my team with 12 players from the 4 teams who are playing twice this game week. So was just saying that it looks like it might pay off, and de Bruyne could well start again against Burnley.

I think de Bruyne will play more minutes than Aguero/Sterling/Silva/Jesus/Mahrez before the end of the season, so I would definitely keep him as my City rep if I were you.

Only three, but you are much better set up for the rest of the season than I will be, but I had to take the gamble. Guy above me ended up with something similar anyway and ended up doing better!

If I can maintain the rank I have today by the end of the week I will take it. I already went from 500k-something to 200k-something.

I’ve already had most of the advantage from being able to load up, BB and then wildcard out of double week players. Obviously going to have a weaker team this weekend than those who aren’t full of DGW players.

Got excited when that second pen was given, only to quickly be followed by what if he missed, but VAR quickly removed that conundrum!
