Courtois played against Chelsea while at Atletico and a few other loan players have played against their parent club in Europe. Bigger question is whether Sanchez's contract extension is to the end of the domestic season or whether it includes Europa League as well.

Well thats what happened to Moyes, so it makes sense.
He certainly has form for doing that.
I can see Moyes building West Ham into a solid mid-table side in similar manner to the job he did at Everton, though much lower down the table given the number of sides competing for European places compared to his Everton days.
But on the other hand West Ham like to present themselves as a club that cares about playing good football, so maybe they’ll lose patience with Moyes and his brand of football sooner than I expect. Either way I expect Moyes will see-out next season at least in the job.
I don't understand why people pay so much attention on what managers say in front of the camera, instead of what they actually do and how they manage the team.

They could still be. They need to lose by at least three goals to both us and Villa and Villa and/or Bournemouth need to win both their remaining games by at least three goals to make up the huge difference in goal difference. In addition to that, Watford need to get at least four points against Arsenal and City to get ahead of West Ham. Villa play Arsenal and Bournemouth play Saints before we play West Ham. The chances of both of them dropping points is quite high, and even if they don't it's a tall order to win by enough to make up enough of the goal difference to still have a shot.
It's as close to mathematically certain as it can get without actually being it at the moment. If I was a West Ham player I'd call it a job well done now. All they have to do is show up to the games.
