I'd not mind having Bielsa as our manager if Ole doesn't work out.

Got to admit, Leeds are super exciting to watch. On the other hand, Pool have been shite and could potentially suffer a lot this season.

Called it right. Fully expected Leeds to run the Pool properly ragged. Leeds' early opponents will have a real tough game on their hands, before they inevitably peter out. Brilliant game of football.

I hope other teams are watching this.

Liverpool aren't all that if teams have a go at them they crap themselves.
This is not about "having a go" at them.

Leeds are very well drilled. Pressing hard and as a team and creating traps to regain possession in defensive regimes, and very smooth transitions.

How many other teams can manage that?

Watch the Leeds goalkeeper throw the ball into the net in the 93rd minute....

Or Salah or Mane dive for a penalty

Leeds are doing a phenomenal job though. Their players are very technical and are used to pressing like this. It's not something other teams can just switch on after a couple of sessions.

It’s not about teams going at them which teams always do but it’s more Liverpool capitalizing on their mistakes and scoring easy goals. They did it so much lasts season.

Its easier said than done, but if you do have a go at Liverpools defense they look a bit shaky, it nullifies 2 of their main attacking threats as well

Gomez and TAA are terrible defensively.

VVD is often out of position covering for them.
I think it's more than that. The intensity of their pressing game caught up the to whole team. The front and midfield didn't press as efficiently high up the pitch as 2 seasons back. Teams can now here and there play through their pressing, thus challenging their defense. VVD was never that great organizing a defending for your life set up. He was great when opposition played into Liverpool's hand and to his advantage/ strong points

Exactly. Have a go means nothing.

Biesla is a great coach. Poor manager, sure but as long as he doesn't fall out with the players/board, his teams are so much better than the sum of their parts.

They're very well-drilled. Coughing up cheap goals may hurt them this year but their workrate and purpose is to be admired.

Hopefully this doesn't encourage Liverpool to make signings. They look a bit thin on paper if Salah or Mane get injured

I think United, amongst others, should be very happy to avoid Leeds on the first day of the season. Obviously setting a pace they will never, ever continue, but still. If they can score three at Liverpool, they would do the same against United. Now everyone’s warned

Leeds lose the ball in their own half more often than not. Going to pay for it so often at this level.
