Jovic and Cavani are targets for a different area. Don't think the former will happen as Zidane has made a point of playing him recently but Cavani might be possible... if not for the wages he'd want.
Think we will see movement on signing a ST but whether it results in anything I really don't know

Barca offer a permanent deal for dembele
Dembele doesnt want a loan or a move to Man Utd
Man Utd trying to convince him to join.
Fixed it for you.

Cheers. This is Bad News Bear for us then...what a situation to be in with a few days left of the window, chasing a dead end so late on. Is this the board trying to make a show of going for players despite knowing we wont sign anybody?
Not bad news at all, if anything it's good news!

Sky are such a nonsense platform these days. Once the spectrum of reliability had them and Goal.com at complete opposite ends. Now neither are any better or worse than the other.

They seem to be quick to report, reactionary, inconsistent and wrong or correct but slow. The worst combinations for reporting news in this day and age.

Sending the guy to Germany for credibility yet they haven’t spoken anybody official. He’s been there a few days parroting local press.

So we‘re now trying to convince someone to join us when our manager has been saying all this time we only wanted those who wants to come to Manutd? Either this story is bull, or that we’re trying not to lose face when we realize Sancho won’t be here before transfer deadline pass.

We do not want to lose face, it is so obvious to see. This club has fallen a long long way.

Agree. Having on Youtubers like Flex with all the respect I have for him is ridiculous. I like the Youtube platform as an unedited fans forum for banter. But Sky Sports are supposed to be a legit media institution. Surely there is a place still in the world for legitimate verified news.

Convincing a failed player to join Manchester fecking United. What the feck. He should be running on his feet from Barcelona to Manchester that there is a club in the size and the prestige of our is still interested in broken player like him.

At this point I doubt that Dortmund will sell even for 120 million euros. They have no time to find a replacement.

Its 100% bull. Every man and his dog knows we want Sancho. If we don’t get him there are little options on the market for RW. The media trying to sell papers.

It’s crazy how terrible sky have become. I suppose they used to have a monopoly on English football. Multi billion pound media corporation and they have a lad standing outside Dortmund training to get news

[Fredrik Filtvedt] Sancho wants to join United and is pushing for a transfer

"

Solskjær and sancho have talked together multiple times, latest this week.

- Sancho is Uniteds first choice

- Sancho wants the move to United and is pushing for it.

- BVB will let him go for the right money

Posted yesterday.

Anyways, Dagbladet is a horrible newspaper, and the article is posted in the rumours section. Might be true, or might not.

Well Utd have brought this on themselves. The shitstorm of negativity that will be written when the window closes and we didnt get Sancho or anyone through the door (in the easiest transfer market ever), will take some wading through.

Have a hunch we will end up paying over the odds for Sarr from Watford as domestic window closes a week or two later than international one.

As Gary Neville said, they have had so long to plan this all out and now its desperation hour.

Classic ballbag, no way to prove his statements wrong. Also hates us Unitedfans for calling him out a 100 times for his shitty rumours.

Like United would actually tell him this if it works against their agenda to put pressure on Sancho

West Ham seem to be going with a scattergun approach in the transfer market. Have they learned their lessons?

Tuchel doesn't see any more new signings for PSG despite having a weakened squad:

Tuchel on the possibility of not having any recruits: "Yes maybe…It's reality…I don't know if we are going to recruit other players. It is not impossible that it remains like that but we will not stop pushing the players, giving confidence to our players."

Tuchel: "In general, we lose too many players without money…We had Rabiot, this season 7 players, it can continue with Draxler, Bernat and Di Maria. It's worse, because we have no money for buying players after."

Said to my mates weeks ago it was inevitable Zaha links would appear the more desperate we became. Purely based on the sell on clause and his desire to move making it a very easy deal to do.....even for Ed and Matt.

Ryan Giggs wasn’t consistently for at a young age, constantly getting niggles and hamstring pulls. I remember fergie saying that they had to tweak his fitness routines and I think something about the running style too. Then he just took off so to speak
I remember the early years of Giggs and I was constantly complaining that he couldn't get out of bed without tweaking a hamstring. I have certain friends who still constantly remind me of the fact I said he would not make the grade :)

After Dalbert, Rennes want a central defender. Rennes has several options. Rennes would like to loan in Juan Foyth. The Argentinean from Tottenham is on the start [of negotiations]. As announced by the Italian press, Rugani (Juventus) and Simakan are also on the list.

Finally the saga is over.
Did they actually give him the #2 jersey or is that just for PR/introduction purposes?

Great news for the USMNT. Guardian does a good job of spotlighting the current crop of US players in the big leagues. If nothing else, it will help with the marketing having players in Barca, Juve, Chelsea, & BVB.

He also stopped driving cars with manual transmissions and took up yoga.

When PSG of all clubs is being financially diligent, it should give United muppets some clues on why we don't want to pay €120m for Sancho.

This next season could also get curtailed or played without fans.
