Having said that, per the map they just showed the launch did go directly over the UK so maybe!Could just be a plane but seems a big coincidence that there was an incredibly bright circle of light from that direction too? Was moving very fast. Didn’t get the light on vid.

ISS is very bright. I think i saw the Dragon but it was a tiny light and barely visibleSaw something, probably the International Space station are there any photos people have taken?
The capsule will land in the ocean because NASA didn’t accept the spaceX landing which they did it successfully a few timesI’d imagine they’ll use modern ones./s
@dontbringnanibackThat feed cutting out just as it was landing will have set many a conspiracy theorist off

I don't think SpaceX has ever landed a Dragon propulsively. They were looking at Dragon 2 landing using thrusters but the paperwork to certify it would have taken years. While parachutes are a bit crude, they are tried and tested. The capsule will land in the ocean because NASA didn’t accept the spaceX landing which they did it successfully a few times

Great newsGreat job! Both safely back on Earth. Now SpaceX can turn their attention to testing their fully reusable Mars transport ship. A 150 metre flight of a prototype could be as early as tomorrow afternoon. Its been static fired already and is on the launch mount at their new Texas facility.
Still buzzing to have seen the Starlink go over, completely by accident, at new year. Just looked up at the right time while I was in a hot tubJust watched another live stream where they released some Starlink satellites into orbit, watching the first stage land on a little drone ship in the Ocean is always incredible to see.
It's a shame this doesn't get more attention.
Lucky! Tried to see the last one but in the UK couldn't see a thing...Still buzzing to have seen the Starlink go over, completely by accident, at new year. Just looked up at the right time while I was in a hot tub
Freaked us out at first, til it clicked what it was.
Chances of that must be so slim.
