Interesting, might be worth trying him and Bailly next to each other, even if just to give Maguire the chance to sort himself out.
Yeah could be a choice even if I trust Maguire more than Bailly. Lindelof had a pretty good first half.

Weird game this. Don't know what was up with Chiesa but they equalized while we were basically with 10 men and got back into the game and made this competitive afterwards

We were playing them off the park again before that

We arw pretty good actually. Apart from Depay and Wijnaldum. Frenkie de Jong is. Such a joy to watch.

Clear penalty and possible pen are not the same thing. Handball was clear as a day by current rules
They were both penalties IMO, the main difference being that the current rules are completely silly and inconsistently applied, while the foul on Martial was pretty clear, but maybe it's my bias talking.

Mbappe has been pretty sloppy, Martial didn't do much besides setting up the former with a sitter. Not a very impressive partnership so far.

Dave's confidence in particular must really be truly shot after yesterday and being partly to blame for what was a historic loss for the Spanish. But at least we know we have a tremendous second goalie waiting so he should play for a while without question. Let Dave build his confidence back up.
Luis Enrique has done a great job defending him, i don't think his confidence is an issue. He made a mistake, it happens, it never should have mattered anyways, Spain didn't lose a game they absolutely dominated because of that, they lost because they couldn't score in a brothel

You're not, we just suddenly got worse for some reason

Frenkie is good though, yes

Why does it seem like Rashford plays every game for club and country. Regardless of form his starting.

That Jansson bloke in Sweden is making Lindelof look like Vidic by comparison. Responsible for three out of four goals Sweden has conceded against Croatia and Portugal.

Hope he's subbed off early in the 2nd half. Pointless game and he is absolutely crucial to us - particularly in this moment in time.

That goal was all Pickford's fault. He literally shouts at Walker to leave which he hesitates when he sees how close the Denmark player is to the ball. Should have just let Walker smash it into Row Z.

How he keeps getting picked as England's number one is beyond me....

Yeah our defending has been awful today. We attack fairly well, but without the final moves or balls.

Just realized whilst watching England that neither Kane or Rashford are wearing the No 10 shirt (that they wear for Spurs & Utd respectively). I'd have thought one of them would have claimed it

Is there any evidence that Southgate doesn’t like Grealish or is it just fans messing around? He doesn’t seem to fancy him much based on team selections.

Deschamps will never abandon Griezmann but Mbappe - Martial - Dembele (Ousmane will get his ish together) would be scariest trio in the world (in form.)
