Pogba is a useless steaming pile of sh!t, and Ole not subbing him off is madness, ship Pogba in January if at all possible should not wear a Utd shirt again waste of space, worse that that a waste of space would not damage the performance the way he consistently does

Watching our FB's overlap is like when you're playing Fifa or PES and the AI automatically overlap, so you have to trigger the overlap yourself, but by that time the opposition defence has reorganised. That's us.

How many times is Shaw and AWB going to stand parallel to the player with the ball, instead of making an early run forward in anticipation for the pass? How can professional players at this level have so little offensive intelligence?

For me that was worse than the 1-6 against Spurs, at least that day we looked like we were trying, if just rubbish.

Today we didn’t even look like we were trying, if they don’t have the desire and attitude to be a pro sportsman then they should go and do something else. No meaningful full back overlaps, no midfield runs past the strikers, no link up play between the strikers except one pass. Just so amateurish. I’ve said it for a while, Ole cannot coach a team to get out of a paper bag, the ‘great’ wins we have are more to individuals than any sort of game plan or coaching.

What's he saying I turned off?
Cahill is saying that Arteta has a style and this United side doesn't look like they have any and Keane keeps shouting "How many games have they lost" like that makes any sense when the point is United look awful.

It was another drab game. Don't think any side really did enough to say they deserved the win, and Arsenal with all of their possession did not pose a lot of threat, and neither did we do enought to deserve a goal.

In the end the pen decided the game from another pathetic game by Pogba.

Mike Dean was shut as well.

Tactic might have been wrong today, but the intensity and execution from the midfield was nothing short of shocking

Don’t worry lads. Once we win our fabled game in hand we’ll be right up there in the title race.

I see. I turned it over for a minute just now and Keane even seems resigned to Ole getting the sack if things do not pick up quick. As he said nobody thought we could compete with Liverpool or City just yet, but we don't look like we can compete even for the Top 4.

Sky embarrasing themselves.

Pochettino is on Monday Night football tomorrow so they are asking if there's been any progress under Ole. Twats.

The ref didn't do much wrong BTW. Seems some of you think every ref has an ABU agenda. And every opposition keeper plays the game of their lives. Deluded.

I'm a massive supporter of Ole but even I have to admit that he has us playing like cowards in the league this season.

As long as Pogba is playing regularly we aren't going to win anything significant.
Wonder if Juve fans said that when they won numerous titles and got to a couple of CL finals with him?

Overall, it hasn't worked out for Pogba, but lets not go on like we'd be tearing it apart without him.

Been supporting United since 1990 and I really feel that the performance by McTominay today is one of the worst I've ever seen.

Boring. No energy, ideas, heart or intent. Keano is correct that if a player can’t get ‘up’ for a game against Arsenal, then they may as well bugger off. You can tel Arteta has been with Guardiola for a while. High pressing that we haven’t got the faintest idea how to combat due to lack of talent. We passed the ball LVG style again as if it were a training session. 8th or 9th beckons IF we’re lucky.

If you look at Arsenal since Arteta's has taken over the squad, you can clearly see what he's trying to do. You can clearly see a pattern of play; especially connecting the defensive possession into offensive transition. It may not be great but you can't say that Arteta's 'style' of play isn't there. He's just saying that in contrast to Ole, you can't really see what the 'style' is, and I think it has to do with Ole's problem of having to shoehorn too many good players into a system he wants, without impacting squad togetherness. Some players (good ones) may be need to be subs.

Is it possible that Pogba's stint with Covid19 affects his fitness? He seems really winded since then.
I thought our 'brilliant' manager had finally figuredo out Pogba will need a bit longer to come back to full fitness (and that's why I put DvdB in my starting lineup) but seems like that was true for mid-week, today we're back to idiotic decisions.

We have Everton next away and Southampton away at the end of the month, if Everton have their injured players back we could be in trouble. We have WBA in between which could either be another disaster or Ole's saviour.
Yep it’s hard to predict anything when we’re so inconsistent. One thing that’s sure is we’re consistently shit at home in the league. No wins in our last 6 home league games. Mental.

I’m sick to death of Sokskjaer’s negative mindset.

We rely almost entirely on individual players creating moments of genius.

We are stuck with him for at least another season imo.

Ole gets a lot of credit for results vs. PSG and Leipzig, respectively, but there's commonalities to these kind of games. I'd argue that it isn't so much an Ole tactical masterclass as it is absolute naivety on the part of his opponents. For eg. An aggressively high line versus an Ole team that relies very much on its countering and transition from deep is asking to be beaten. Leipzig paid the price for trying to squeeze us into our own half. PSG, to a certain extent, were equally as naive, and so Ole walked out of those two games vindicated.

But Chelsea and Arsenal? They weren't so naive. Didn't play so recklessly, and rightly understood that when you get numbers behind the ball versus a team like ours it's going to give us a much more difficult game. Smaller opponents have already proved this this season. We have the individual quality to break down sides that sit back and ask us questions, but I honestly don't believe Ole has any answers to those questions. His job is largely reprieved by sporadic moments of counter-attacking success versus teams that throw caution to the wind.

So why did he play 94 minutes ?!
Ask Ole. He was awful and should have been off. Pogba can produce brilliance if the team is functioning properly, if not he is worse than useless. Bruno even if things aren't great he can produce that special pass from nowhere. Trouble is Ole relies on players producing that moment.

Shambles from start to finish. I’m sorry today Ole was done over by the BTEC PEP. Arsenal deserved the win & I’m not going to even talk about the incompetent scouse ref. Simply awful.
