This could genuinely be any score.
We could win 4-1, or 1-0, or they could smash us by 3 or 4...
So I'll go boring 0-0.

Initial thoughts were we're getting nothing out of this. The one thing you can guarantee about Ole's team is them performing when the shit hits the fan.
We'll win this one with relative ease, looking like world-beaters in the process.
Didn't the shit hit the fan after Arsenal? The one thing you can guarantee about Ole's team is them performing when the shit hits the fan.

There were splatters after the Arsenal game, sure, but nothing compared to last night. To call it 'caked' would not be an overstatement.Didn't the shit hit the fan after Arsenal?

Interesting. Is Coleman out for this one too? If so, it would be a good gamble to send Martial on the left as Everton don't really seem to have a proper replacement there. The triangle between two players with good off the ball movement (Cavani & Bruno) and Rashford could also work, if we have actually practised any decent plays that involve Rash on the right and Cavani as anything more than an "i don't know what to do, so i'll just throw the veteran striker in" sub. Just putting them there won't solve anything, especially against an Ancelotti side. Another thing is that, on that right side with Lindelof, McT and AWB, the ball would need a miracle to reach the aforementioned trio. But i would like to watch the battle on (our) left side with us applying pressure with Martial on their defence and with Everton pushing the issue with James while Fred and Doucouret fight for every second ball and possession in the middle of the park. That would make a nice tactical battle. What does everybody think of this team? On paper it would address some of our issues with breaking down teams sitting deep against us with a genuine threat in the box plus better delivery from the right through Rashford. Could also play Greenwood and drop Martial.
DDG
AWB - Lindelof - Maguire - Shaw
McTominay - Fred
Rashford - Fernandes - Martial
Cavani
Jonjoe Kenny had a pretty good loan at Schalke last season. He will probably be Coleman's long term successor.Interesting. Is Coleman out for this one too? If you know him and think he's good, i'll take your word for it. I'm saying it based on their games vs the Saints and Newcastle in which Godfrey and Kenny had lots of problems.Jonjoe Kenny had a pretty good loan at Schalke last season. He will probably be Coleman's long term successor.
I don't like Godfrey at RB at all. Don't know why Carlo has played him there. Maybe he doesn't fancy Kenny who has mainly been confined to games in The League Cup so far. But he did do very well last season in Germany. All things considered, as Schalke were terrible under David Wagner. If you know him and think he's good, i'll take your word for it. United win 1-0 on LEGAL GOALS
Hahaha... Tell me about it.. their so effin' slow on the ball.Good to know you are friends with our starting XI. Please tell them that when they are not winning - or worse losing - the score won’t change automatically unless they display some urgency.
