Starting Pogba, the person who delibarately destroyed team morale before the most important game of our CL season, in the bloody Manchester derby. I’m okay with rebuilding taking time, setbacks, painful losses as long as I see some progress. But this is completely and utterly unacceptable and is close to a sackable offense.

Another formation change if we’re going with the diamond. Can we not just stick with one!

Oh well let’s hooe for no sloppy mistakes and everyone buys into a team performance, if that happens it’s a good team.

    We won't get relegated.
Woodward gets fired and we'll start winning/drawing.
Just get Woodward out and the new CEO can decide on the managerial situation.
Ole is grossly under qualified to manage in the EPL, but while Woodward remains (regardless of manager), we'll constantly be attempting to win the Top 4 Trophy.....a trophy that no top club should aspire to win.
You believe Ole, who has won everything under SAF, attemtps to only win the top 4? that's ridiculous. Remove Ed and gives the key to the manager and the one we have wants to win everything.

That team doesn’t inspire confidence. We’ll probably win 2-0.

Bizarre line-up once again. If we have a meritocracy, De Gea should be dropped. And nobody would have predicted that Pogba would start when we need a disciplined team to face City. And we know now much he wants to leave.
But there you go. We have come to expect the unexpected.

Over the course of a season Fred and Mctominay is not a world class pairing that will win you a Premiership.

You can get away with a few wins here and there but we'll never get back to the top with those two in the middle. They're just not at the required level.

I can't wait until that partnership is over.

I hope Scott plays DM. He's not mobile enough to play in that right/left midfield. I have seen enough from the Arsenal game this season and last season Everton game. Not good enough to play in wide midfielder of diamond.

Pogba in box to box over VDB, when one disruption the team and is forcing a move while the other is our future is an odd choice. I don't think Pogba can outdo VDB on an ordinary day there either but let's see.

Interesting team! Back 4, McFred, Pogba liberated from the double pivot and split strikers up top.

Looks like we anticipated it, since we have Bruno AND Pogba to counter the midfield being crowded.
Yeah, good call. Am still thankful they're not playing with a false nine. Pogba in the shop window, hopefully he can add to his value

Yes, i am aware of that.

I will probably start shitting it at the start, but now it's all just bland.

Really feel they fecked it up crashing out of the CL, and we will suffer mentally because of it.

Todays poor performance and another loss will be our downfall.
We keep turning corners though. I'd say we're on course for finishing 4th, with no one able to say it was a terrible season, nor a great one. We'll likely go far in the Europa, and the League Cup too. Not expecting a major trophy, but potentially a relatively dignified exit for Ole in the summer.

Can't remember the last time I felt this nonchalant about a Manchester Derby. Either we get a loss which wouldn't surprise me, or we scrape a win and the Ole show goes on for a while longer. Either way today is just another chapter us of going around in circles...sorry...I mean trusting the process.
    Exactly where I am at.

I've got to watch this game later and avoid the score as best I can, so enjoy the match people. So annoying not to watch it live, even if you don't know the score it just feels different.

Imagine being VDB though, sees a player disrespect the whole club, puts in half-arsed performances and gets picked over you.

Won't even start with McTomiany starting no matter what.

Ole taking risks, I hope it pays off.

This formation could work...if we had a top defensive midfielder. We have Fred.

I like Fred, but we’re asking too much of him today. No serious alternatives, however, which takes us back to poor planning and squad development.

Jesus there's a lot of gloomy, moany pricks in this thread.

"Waaah I am not up for this match, even if we win it just means Ole stays". feck off and support another team then? Dicks.

Nervous. I’d be calm if I knew a loss would get him sacked, but it won’t. I think we’ll lose but “put up a fight” and the top reds will talk about how hard we tried & how that’s a sign Ole is the man.
I'm ashamed to follow same club as you. What kind of mentality is this?

You're either a wind up merchant and not a Utd fan or you're clearly very troubled as a person.

Anyone who hopes we lose the Derby is an absolute joke of a fan. A disgrace even.

    Pathetic.

Not convinced with the team we have picked. It's the same team and by the looks same shape that looked dysfunctional against Arsenal, hope we can get it working better this time but as I said, I'm not convinced!

Why do you even follow football or this team? Frankly pitiful that a grown man feels like this. perhaps its indicative of other issues?

Pogba. I can't believe it. He wants gone in January! Do you think he's going to give everything for us and risk an injury?

    Fecking baffling.

Would rather lose than see Pogba start. He basically took a dump on our club, insulted everyone by doing it and the timing before the biggest game of the season, was strange. How DVB does not play is beyond me. Once Pogba leaves, we will be free from the virus, 2 years of constant disruption from him, best for all parties to part way in Jan. Id take 80m if Juve are willing to stump up the cash and invest that into a CB so we can stop persisting with Lindeloff and Maguire, which clearly does not work. Prediction for today is actually 2 1 to us. I hope we can continue to take each game as it is and rack up the points. #freeDVB

He has scored 2 goals in 2 games since Raiola's comments were made. His motives are not right but those comments have not negative impacted his performances for us.
