Feels like BVB have managed to stop Sevilla's momentum a bit, again

How Hummel's is debating that yellow is beyond me. Nasty foul that could seriously injure the player there.

Hitz being congratulated by his teammates for not own-goaling that ball in from the post for a change

Where can I bet on Brandt allowing Sevilla a crucial pocket of space to score a goal?

Flopped in Championship and Eredivisie but hey, times are tough
I like the guy, he was hailed at the next Götze (which really tells you a lot about the media who worte stuff like that), flopped horribly and worked his way back into Dortmund's squad, but he's just not talented enough to play at this level beyond being 3rd choice backup for either fullback position. It's also a slap in the face for German international Nico Schulz.

I remember the hype well, he was supposed to really be the next big thing from BVB's youth after Bittencourt and Leitner weren't

It just shows you how superficial sports journalism is. If you watched footage you could see that, despite being a bit short, he had great athleticism and bullied his way through youth football, substituting upper body strength for technique. He was nothing like the silky Götze and problems and it should have been relatively clear that this wouldn't transition well to Bundesliga level, where you can't just bully defenders. But he sort of looked like Götze and performed well in the short term, so next Mario it was.

I don't trust Dortmund to win this tie overall. I get a terrible bang of United off of them. Capable of beating anyone but also really inclined to shitting the bed.

It really is. Didn't he move back to right back position already in the youth teams?
