The commentary on that fight was a disgrace. It was a comfortable win. Did Izzy outstrike him in any round?

He definitely was. He was clipping him every time he came in and tried to dart back. No reach advantage, no party for Izzy. He was clearly beaten tonight.
I can see it being 4-1 too, that first round could have gone either way really.

I mean, it wasn’t even a case of Adesanya not doing enough. He was well beaten here. Jan was hurting him in the striking and took him down and controlled him when he needed to.

Except he was actually wrong and Jan was outstriking Izzy at that point as Anik pointed out in the next round.
Yan was probably the most impressive out of the lot until that absolute brain fart.
Yeah it was in reference to saying he needed to change it up, as he was fighting the exact fight Izzy would have wanted him to. The second he started grappling and taking it to the ground there was only one winner.

Jan deserves more respect. 5th win in a row, took reyes head off to win the title and reyes coming off a very close fight against Jones too
But the issue I have with Rogan is that he’s pointing out the bleeding obvious. Problem is, Izzy fights on the outside and it’s not so easy to go for the takedown. I don’t know, I haven’t been impressed with Rogan for a while now.

No one knew what was going on in the Yan corner. I didn’t hear anyone instructing him to kick Aljo. But one of the coaches clearly didn’t know the rules — he was celebrating the K.O.

Also, loved the backtracking during the interview when he asked Jan about his days at middleweight - to then get shut down by Jan that he had never fought at middleweight before. Get your facts right.

There was a funny bit at the end of the second round where DC questions Jan's gameplan slightly and Rogan interjects to say 'but he is getting outstruck', beholds an Adesanya jab that seemed to miss and exclaims 'look at that...POP!' There's certain fights where he's just grotesquely off base and biased. Israel could have took a shite in the Octagon and he'd have gave him the round for setting traps.
