"That is my rest done (second-half vs Sociedad). If I need a rest I will speak to the manager, but I am used to it now. I feel good physically and the more we win the better I'll feel mentally. I'll rest when I'm retired!"

“For a team, when you win something it does something to you. Towards the end of my career Nemanja and Patrice’s first trophy was a League Cup win - it spurred us on to win the league the following season.
Last season was a bitter pill to swallow (with three semi-final losses).”

I am very happy we have made this decision and appointment. I’ve known John since I came and it is now more a formal role. He has been working well behind the scenes - he is a cultural fit. Very happy with what we have. Continuity and fresh ideas.”

Hope behind the scenes Ole is having words with Cavani. We can't keep allowing players and their associates to talk smack about the club. If a player wants a move they can do it without talking shite to the media and stirring up issues.

Totally get what you mean. I thought that when he went off. It's testament to his quality that he's our second most important attacking player this season despite the fact he's been exhausted and carrying injuries for so much of it. It helps that James seems to be coming into some form, should help to cover for a couple of games.
Also... Portuguese??? I know there are some Portuguese and hybrid Portuguese/Spanish dialects in Uruguay but surely he means Spanish?
