An underrated second division side that should nonetheless have no chance against Bayern. Yet here we are.Who the hell are Holstein Keil then!?
They'd be competing with City and Liverpool every year. Probably beating them more often than not.Last night they had Davis sent off in the 12th minute and still proceded to destroy Stuttgart 4-0. Won the league eight seasons in a row and will probably win this year, too.
Personally, I think they're the best side in Europe at the moment. I wonder though how well they'd do in EPL. Probably would still be favourites for the title and they'd steamroll a few sides with hockey scores, but I don't think there's a chance in hell of them winning the league year after year like they do in Germany.

I'd agree about regularly competing but I think the physical wear and tear of the EPL would at some point take a toll on their form. Plus, I don't think they'd welcome the idea of facing City, Liverpool, United, Chelsea, Tottenham, Arsenal, Leicester twice a season and competing with those sides in two domestic cups on top of their CL campaigns and players being involved with their national teams in between. They also wouldn't be ab;e to cherry pick best talent off their direct rivals like they've been doing for years in Bundesliga. They'd be competing with City and Liverpool every year. Probably beating them more often than not.
The only issue they might have in England is Lewandowski literally has no back up and lack of a winter break. But financially they'd get around it.
I think you do and I think you have the best talents in Europe right now. I’m actually very envious of your squad and you didn’t have to spend too much.I don't think we have the squad depth to make it through a season of english football plus CL.

GK: NEUER
RB: PAVARD, Kimmich
LB: DAVIES, Hernandez, Alaba
CB: BOATENG, HERNANDEZ, SUELE, ALABA
CM: GORETKZA, TOLISSO, MARTINEZ, KIMMICH, Alaba
LW/RW/AM: COMAN, SANE, GNARBRY, MUELLER, COSTA,

That is probably the best balanced squad in Europe. The only issue would be Lewa being able to handle the intensity/depth of the league as well as the CL.I think you do and I think you have the best talents in Europe right now. For me, it's always been that Bayern would easily win the EPL from seasons 12-13 to 16-17. Those were the lowest points of quality in the EPL since the 90's, while Dortmund and Bayern were better than their EPL counterparts. They'd be competing with City and Liverpool every year. Probably beating them more often than not.

That's very true.I must admit I don’t watch Bayern much but from their squad I feel like a massive injury to Lewandowski would give the manager a considerable headache. Not only because of his talent but because the back up is.. choupo? I mean I could be completely wrong there as I said I don’t watch them much but it looks lacking in the forward area.
It will never happen so it is somewhat of a pointless exercise. However, Bayern’s squad depth would obviously look different were they in the Premier League. And they would have even more income due to the higher TV contracts in England. They'd be competing with City and Liverpool every year. Probably beating them more often than not.

The Cameroonian is a huge step down from Lewa no doubt but Mueller can easily fill that void with little problems. Definitely not to the extent that Lewa the beast would but enough to see off so many teams in Europe. This is apart from the many wide forwards they have that can do a pretty good job there.I must admit I don’t watch Bayern much but from their squad I feel like a massive injury to Lewandowski would give the manager a considerable headache. You can't put Müller in Lewandowski's position, he just doesn't work that way. When he scores it's almost never from a classical 9 position or movement, but slotting in from somewhere because defenders were concerned with the nominal 9. He needs someone posing a goal threat further up to set up and link up with. For that reason Choupo is a 200% better option to fill a Lewa absence than Müller himself. The Cameroonian is a huge step down from Lewa no doubt but Mueller can easily fill that void with little problems. And it's not only that (that Müller isn't as effective and fully comfortable playing as a nominal 9), it's also that he's our best assister and the player to make it happen for the striker, so using him as a backup striker in Lewandowski's absence, which means simultaneously removing him from his vital usual role, ends up being doubly detrimental; it means that in games where we don't have our best striker, we then automatically also don't have our best creator. You can't put Müller in Lewandowski's position, he just doesn't work that way. Is any of that likely?Flick to the National Team. Nagelsmann to take over Bayern. Dortmund sign a new coach.
Big news day in Bundesliga.
Damn, another one? You think Rose will be happy about that?Flick to the National Team. Nagelsmann to take over Bayern. Dortmund sign a new coach.

Whoa what? Do you have any sources?Flick to the National Team. Nagelsmann to take over Bayern. Dortmund sign a new manager.

I'm actually a bit torn. Flick sticking with Boateng and Alaba at CB whenever he can, instead of making more use of Hernandez, for example, is hardly understandable and doesn't fill me with confidence in his personnel-related decision making. I'm not convinced he should have more control over the squad composition, even though Brazzo's recruiting 'strategy' (applying benefit of doubt here) is patchy. If I were Bayern, I'd rather get rid of Salihamidzic than see Flick leaving.
His transfer record is rather mixed and Flick completely transformed the team. Just 18 months ago they played such a mediocre brand of football under Kovac.
He can't do more than walk straight lines right now.Anyone news of Lewa being back in time for the match? I would love it if they end PSG's CL hopes.
Flick is not the saint + There are reasons why only Rummenigge is on the side of Flick and Hoeness, Kahn & Hainer are on the side of Salihamidzic. If I were Bayern, I'd rather get rid of Salihamidzic than see Flick leaving.

FC Hollywood!Infighting at Bayern? Shocking!
I don't think it's harsh at all. Even if we forget that Flick was nothing more than an assistant 1.5 years ago and he would be little more than a footnote in history, if it wasn't for Bayern's officials giving him an honest chance, instead of just shopping for a big name, when they sacked Kovac: who does he think he is, bitching about spending and squad depth in times of Corona? He creates drama and plays games in the public arena to the detriment of his employer. If he had not won the CL last season or if Brazzo didn't still have that breakfast director image lingering around him, then this issue would be framed completely differently.FC Hollywood!
Personally i would fire Flick, if i can get Nagelsmann. Harsh, but it is a business.
What are the chances of the national team snapping him up if Bayern tell Flick he'll be gone after the end of the season?I don't think it's harsh at all. Uhm, why?FC Hollywood!

The media appears to agree that he is by far DFB's first choice and if Flick does leave Bayern this summer I don't see it being, because another club is more appealing than Bayern. What are the chances of the national team snapping him up if Bayern tell Flick he'll be gone after the end of the season?
He would know what Bayern's plans are for players more than we do. If he feels the team may decline, that German National Team is a pretty sweet gig with all the young German players coming through. The media appears to agree that he is by far DFB's first choice and if Flick does leave Bayern this summer I don't see it being, because another club is more appealing than Bayern.
I rate Nagelsmann highly and i like the football he has his teams playing. Therefore i want him at Bayern.Uhm, why?
it obviously depends on your definition of „young“ but who is there with huge potential besides the usual suspects Havertz, Wirtz, Musiala? He would know what Bayern's plans are for players more than we do. A Flick led Bayern are playing the best football in the sport but you're happy to lose him because you like Leipzig play? Wow.I rate Nagelsmann highly and i like the football he has his teams playing. Therefore i want him at Bayern.
