This is my thoughts as well. So many planks have been exposed over this
It seems like German sources reporting add-ons and the UK ones with no add-ons. Don't think it's anyone being exposed, just either Dortmund or United are twisting the actual truth.

People need to quit it with this bollocks. The guy is good enough to play anywhere along the front line.
Will be funny when we all have to pretend he is a left-winger after we play him on the right-wing, and he performs no better than Daniel James.

Still think it's a good deal for both sides. According to German media the transfer fee is €85m with €5m bonuses (which should be easy to achieve) and additional €5m bonuses which are not that easy to achieve (I assume sth. like winning the CL etc.) - so realistically €90m + X
I agree, a good deal for all parties.

Look at that, so you can announce a transfer during an international competition, who would have thought.

It says something how everyone close to Dortmund is really upset that he is going. That should tell you everything you need to know about the impact he is going to have.

Remember all the talk from Ajax about DVB? I wouldn't base my expectations on that :nervous:

If United is really paying £72.9m with no add-ons plus it is being done over 4 or 5 installments, we've pulled down Dortmunds pants

If we did it for less than £80 million then fair enough, took a while and im sure covid could make fees lower but that was the benchmark to beat
