Yeah let's play a winger so he can defend whilst AWB is covering, against an ultra defensive Wolves side. He should be nowhere near today's line up given the way Wolves play, he has the technical ability of an old school centre back.
This is a different Wolves side who have created more from open play than any team in the league so far this season

Adama will be hold by AWB, isnt he supposed to be a wall at defending 1 vs 1? all that talk about James tracking back damn thats a low bar for an offensive player.

Haha... So rather than play a proper midfielder we decide to play a winger for his tracking back? Is that how we are going to do?
Yeah it’s shite becuase we need proper DM’s which I’ve been saying ages.

He’s playing to add cover defensively, simple. Because Ole will want somebody tracking Adama, they’ve also created more chances than any team so far this season, it’s a different Wolves team

This guy is going nowhere. And i am pretty sure that any potential move is blocked by Ole. He just loves the guy.

Having so many top attackers and refusing to sell James for 20 mil is just stupid.

With the ball he has no plan, he tried to run through 2 wolves players

without the ball he has no plan, he just goes and blocks passing channels to Greenwood.

it’s insane how useless we are on the right

No idea what the thinking is of James right, Sancho left.

I thought we'd long established that James is on the left or not at all.

He’s not good enough no doubt but I’d rather have him on the pitch than Martial as at least James will do a job.

I feel sorry for him, but i don’t think he is even PL level, nevermind a United starter! 75 appearances is absolute madness.

I thought Ole played him due to his work rate and it made sense. Watching him today, he was a bit all over the place and not adding anything at all. It is really painful to see him being at least one level below the rest in terms of quality.

His work rate certainly didn’t help us at all today. Chasing shadows all game and offered nothing. Will be happy to see him leave before Tuesday.

Better than Sancho so far, hope he is kept and United fans start to treat him better. He has become the new scapegoat for everything.

His football IQ is very low - just a rabbit on the field with no product.
We see this type of players at our 7 on 7 games all the time. James is not belong at this level.

He’s one of the few players we have in the side that is dispensable that is actually attractive to the lower sides in the league so I’m not surprised there’s a few suitors. Hopefully it’s a full transfer rather than a loan. No point being in a position where he has a good (or even bad) season next year and we struggle to offload him like Lingard this year

People keep mentioning Bissouma. We have never been linked to him.

I like him he’s a good option in the squad because nobody else does the water carrier winger in terms of pressing high and offering that threat in behind like he does.

He definitely presses - he’s in the high 90s for pressures by wingers, something the rest of our attack really struggles with.

Rashford, Sancho, Martial, and Ronaldo are lazy cnuts when it comes to pressing from the front. Greenwood is even quite bad according to the stats.

Definitely something that will be missed (possibly the only thing) if he does go!

It’s bizarre that a player we want to move on has started 2/3 games so far.

Well add Rashford and Ronaldo to 18/20 matchday squad and suddenly he probably struggles to make bench given some of Greenwood, Cavani, Martial will be on there. Lingard option aswell. Obviously they don't all play in his position but obviously can't have a bench with 6-7 attacking players on it just in case injuries happen in other areas.

It makes sense to loan him out to a Brighton or Leeds where he'll start 30 games and then make final decision next summer, personally think a loan would kick him on especially if he works under a Bielsa who can improve his decision making in final third.

I think it’s something that a lot of online fans don’t appreciate because it’s harder to see via TV.

He’s not world class he never will be but he works hard and has a good attitude which you need in a squad player.
