Unless you're banned you're clearly wrong. We laugh at RAWK because of its North Korea style censorship and the weird flowing poetry about their club, not just because someone on RAWK says something good about Liverpool.
Pretty sure Mickson is a Liverpool fan.

And because they're deluded and live(d) in a world where they were still best, despite never winning anything, and their "next year" became a classic. I see some posters have the same style here. That (the poster) thinks someone in media is negative about United because they're scared that Ole will make us a dominant factor is just delusional. Exactly that type of paranoia you connect with RAWK.

Calling out Wilson's relentless and weirdly myopic weekly articles hammering United is not the same as RAWK paranoia.

I think Carragher started off being pretty rational and I quite liked him as a pundit. He's obviously worried about United as he's lost all hint of impartiality.

He just wrote Ronaldo off as being the GOAT as if it wasn't even a consideration. Doubt he'd of done that a month ago.

If any other team signed Ronaldo it would be the signing of the decade. We sign him and all of a sudden he's going to hinder Masons and everyone's development.

They even said Bruno and Ronaldo can't play together in the same team, although they already play together for Portugal.

The media also say with all the transfers we made this season if we don't win a trophy Ole should be sacked, this despite Arsenal spending more than us this season on transfers, City strengthening by adding £100m Grealish, Chelsea adding Lukaku, Liverpool back to full strength. Yet no ultimatum for these clubs only on us and Ole.

Agree, the opinions off the so called pros pundits etc, are as you say, there is no negative response to any games of those mentioned, only UTD, merson reckons we we lucky against Newcastle and the YB result was just waiting to happen. Ex mediocre cricketer on t shite , Oles a mid table manager who's won the lottery, by getting the job because some think hes a UTD legend, in charge of elite players. Theres more and more since Tuesday night.

I kept waiting for Roy's comments but Sky didn't even say a word - didn't even mention the penalty decisions once.

Knowing Keano, he'd probably say Ronaldo went down too easily. He has form for not backing us.

Yeah, most of the things he said are stupid which is a shame cause he's a good pundit. Yet his impartiality seems to get lost when speaking about Ronaldo.

Ronaldo cant run the game apparently..

Who is this prick?

Is he an ex-top footballer or coach?
Or just some random terminal bellend who thinks he’s an expert?

He's a Utd fan, far from bitter in my opinion, quite balanced if anything? And you take life too seriously if you didn't at least smile at that twitter post, plus it's accurate, we all say it on here, but when someone in the media says it people decide to get angry and be all "how dare they!!!"

I think he’s bitter because Ole didn’t indulge him in the press conference even though he has done plenty of times. You don’t see Mitten or Whitwell (who also cover United regularly) acting like this. It doesn’t bring me a smile because frankly I think he’s a rubbish journo who in every article or podcast tries to lecture you on football tactics.

Don't read the articles, don't listen to his podcast then  no ones making you. It's like people who get mad at Sky's coverage pre and post games. Turn the tv off, change the channel.

Anka is such a bland and avoidable journalist, I can't believe people exist who have a strong opinion of him.

Then why are you posting in this thread? This thread is meant to highlight such things only.

That's an awful take by a professional journalist who has to turn up and ask questions to Ole every week. It doesn't matter if journalist is avoidable or United fan.

Imagine the inquisition by all experts and pundits if Ole brought on a player in the last minute to take a penalty and he misses. They would probably do a feature documentary on how a real coach should never make such a rookie mistake.

But because its Moyes, its overlooked. Not a word on any headline.Nada.

He's not bitter. He's a United fan. Has expressed reservations about how we play under Ole. But so have a lot of people here.

Carl Anker is a professional football journalist who supports Manchester United, but only saw a match at Old Trafford for the first time last year.

I swear half the stuff he writes is parroted from here.

The commentary on the MotD highlights and the editing of yesterday's game was a disgrace. They cut it to make it look like an even game by leaving out both Ronaldo one vs ones and Ronaldo's low, right-footed shot against Fabianski, which I thought was a very good save.

When West Ham scored with their first meaningful shot on target, which took a huge deflection off Varane, the commentator said "West Ham haven't had as much of the ball but have created the better chances and will feel they deserved that piece of luck"....what chances??? Did they create a chance all game?

Honestly, its funny how hurt some people in the press are that United won yesterday. Its almost worth us having been denied two clear penalties, and De Gea having had to make a last minute penalty save, just to see the reaction. They honestly thought we'd dropped points when Noble was walking up. They really had their 'Solskjaer fails again' articles ready to go.

 I take it this was sarcastic.

Carl Anka is a bizarre one, he emerged from nowhere as a self-styled tactical authority even though he's spend most of his adult life writing (non-football) articles for Vice/Joe, or working in non-journalistic roles for the likes of Twitter.

That's not to say he can't have some interesting thoughts on the game, but it is a little bit like a vlogger has somehow landed a highbrow sports journalism job.

As journalists go he's more tolerable than a lot of them, and he does occasionally put out an article which is interesting - but I don't see how he's earned the right to criticise Solskjaer on tactics in a professional capacity.

As pointed out above, Ole has always been quite pleasant to Carl as he is quite a respectful, thoughtful questioner in the press conferences but it seems he's decided to throw his toys out of the pram and start pandering to the Twitter tactics mafia since Ole was a bit off with him in the West Ham press conference.

That comment by the commentator did cause me to raise an eyebrow

Although, in the studio they said there should have been 2 pens for us and they should have gotten one for the AWB incident and Shearer was quite harsh on the refs.

Yeah no real complaints about the analysis by Shearer but the commentary and the editing was very, very biased. I mean, I sound like something you would see on BlueMoon now, and I am well used to a bit of editing to create some drama in our games, but I felt they noticeably tried to make it look like we got mega lucky to win somehow.

My thoughts too. I was saying to myself that my brother in law will be thinking I was talking crap when I told him we should have won easily.
Unbelievable editing.

I pulled him up on his previous really disrespectful comments on Ole back in the summer and he was seemingly contrite and admitted he had said it in the heat of the moment but since the YB result he's been retreating further and further down the rabbit hole back to where he was before he signed up as Utd's correspondent at The Athletic.

Moyes is a nobody compared to the current manager of Manchester United. He is where he is for a reason, there’s no expectation that West Ham should be hiring one of the best managers around. Of course there wouldn’t be nearly as much attention on him.

There seems to be a bizarre narrative about Chelsea going 5 unbeaten despite both United and Liverpool being on the same points with the same record.
Both Chelsea and Liverpool are wanktastic but United are just lucky.
Crooks is a main culprit for that type thing.
Add to all that the MOTD choices for goal of the month. I mean the Liverpool one that eventually finished second was just a long ball followed by a tap in.
But pogbas ball and greenwoods finish isn't even in the list.
