completed it........ 2 100k packs oh the anticipation.....
1st - Robertson the rest was 83 and below.
2nd - not even a fecking walkout, my top card was 84 De gea and 84 foden.
That Was 100% not worth the boredom Of squad battles. Good luck to the rest of you though hopefully you all pack something decent.

Ah, mate that’s pish. Not even tradable cards. It is just pack luck though. I made around 1.5 from 46000 plus £20 quid that I spent.
You can qualify for the play-offs by playing Rivals. Once you've 1500 points, you can enter the play-offs to qualify for the weekend league. You need 5 wins out of 9 to do this. Then the weekend league takes place (maybe starts in 2 weeks) with 20 games.
Someone said if you get more than 50 it glitches and you get a 3-0 loss.

I know you didn't ask me, but I tried to qualify and only won 4/9. I am in division 5 as well.
I've only just started doing rivals so haven't anywhere near enough points for the play-offs yet as I'm only climbing through div 8 currently. Apparently if you don't qualify for the weekend league you need 1500 rivals points again which sounds a hassle. I'm hoping it'll be easier in a week or so when more people/casuals have the rivals points.

Happened to me again. So far it only happens at 48/49 mark.
I’ve just “won” 3 games but the opponents keep turning off the consoles so the game ends and I don’t get given the win. I’ve been 1-0 up twice and 4-0 up all in the first half. I then look at my record and all it shows is a draw from my very first game. Why am I not being given the W straight away?

I skipped last year so haven't played FIFA for a while. A mate came round yesterday and brought his copy, we played a few games of FUT (on the same team). Frustratingly the games were extremely laggy/delayed - something that I didn't experience in FIFA 20 or previous, though we have switched internet provider since I last played online by myself.
What internet speed is typically needed to play online with little/no lag? I don't want to spend whatever stupid amount on the game and then not be able to play it due to lag. My PS4 says my download speed is about 40mb/s (though speedtest.net says 50mb/s) and upload about 10mb/s - should this be fast enough? I think my girlfriend was watching Youtube while we were playing but it wouldn't exactly be reasonable for me to tell her to stop, so interested to hear your experiences. Cheers!

No matter how bad the game is in the end, for me the first couple of weeks after release, when you're progressing your team with reasonably achievable upgrades and most people still haven't figured out how to abuse the gameplay, are always fun.

I was just a win away from promotion to division 5 then went on a two game losing streak. Which division were you in last year? I ended up in division 3. Have you tried adjusting your tactics etc?
Division 2 for the most part. I'm still struggling on a formation I like currently running 4411 it's doing OK. I feel like I need wide players narrow formations just don't work for me.
I will have to look into custom tactics. I tend to go high press.
This is the annoying thing about the system. You eventually reach a point where you’re too good for the division you’re in but not good enough for the one above. So you have to go through the misery of multiple defeats just to get back to a division you can enjoy.
What is your team? I struggled but a couple of players made such a difference. You may be just 1 or 2 players away.

It’s honestly the opposite.
I’m done trying to play this on Legendary. Will go back to World Class and will just pick weaker teams to play career mode. I could play 85 minutes perfectly on Legendary and not give the ball away at all and then they destroy me with 3 passes with my players tripping over each other.
So, would it be true to say that the 11-on-11 realtime motion capture has been a resounding success and worth building upon for future iterations of the franchise?
Enjoyed my first game, I like the driven long pass where I can pretend I’m scholes! Might need to change through balls to semi as sometimes it goes too direct for my liking.
Do you switch tactics in-game? Like for instance, if you see that you’re too narrow, just press the d pad and switch to more wider formation. I used to run just one formation in-game now I switch between 2-3 depending on how well I’m doing.
