Delaney hasn’t a fecking Scooby it’s hilarious. Convinced he genuinely sits at his desk and makes up stories out of thin air.

If he stays til the end of the season it will be absolutely brutal following this club, we have not looked this awful under any of the post fergie managers so early into the season, I think we will have a worse points tally than we did under moyes if he stays

I am done with these fecking idiots. Staggering levels of incompetence. Club will never be successful again until the whole slate is wiped clean from the manager and coaching staff all the way up to the board and owners.

Grim future.
My sentiments exactly. It's an old boys' club and us fans are not in it.

Delaney’s daily “what is everyone else saying - I’ll copy it and add some best guesses to it” article is out. Absolute charlatan.
It's blatant every transfer window that he has no inside info whatsoever.

Solskjær is Mike Tyson Punch Out, Final Fantasy, Mortal Combat and Metal Gear Solid boss all rolled into one.

The fecker just can't or won't be beaten/taken down.

I wouldn't be worrying yet about that Delaney article. He is and has always been a shite source.

I think today's silence possibly comes from the fact that the club seemingly only do any kind of major business once the week starts. Seem to remember Moyes and Jose's departures having been on a Tuesday.

OLE OLE OLE I LOVE YOU

I an done with this club. Aware we need a change but no one with the balls to make the call. Bunch of cowards!

And why the feck would this be an issue? I'll tell you why, it would be an issue for people who run like a business, not a football club
Fans needs to act now to save the club from further embarrassment. The board won’t care unless it starts to affect them personally. Stop paying them. Stop buying tickets and merchandise for few weeks. Those who already purchased season tickets, plan a walk out at 60 min or something. Fly an helicopter over OT. Let them feel the heat.

Seems like this will be one of the worst seasons from a fan perspective. Awful displays on the pitch, no sign of an adequate tactical approach to games and an absolute fraud of a manager who gets to just keep his job no matter what the results/performances are.

The inadequacy of the board is astounding at this stage.

The big concern now is that I think top 4 is in jeopardy as the players look fed up of the shit show.

There's a long international window now I wouldn't expect news today. I've no doubt they'll be speaking to options over the coming days.

Some options (e.g. Ten Hag) have games today so it's not like they'll be any conversation happening.

It's the only way now, major protests are needed and it didn't need to come to this for Ole. He should have walked away two weeks ago.

I don't get the notion why he can't be sacked until a replacement is lined up, every other club just sacks their managers and then take their time confirming the replacement.

I refuse to believe any board thinks he can go from 3 years and 400m spent to take us into free fall and humiliated by our closest rivals, only to suddenly be able to turn that around and actually become better than Klopp & Pep (not to mention Tuchel).

There’s no fecking way, he’s gone. We’ll have someone new by the end of the international break.
That’s all true if you work under the assumption that we have competent people up there with common sense but I think you’re giving too much unjust credit to these bunch of morons.

First of all, I only said Jose was much better when compared to Ole and it’s a fact if you compare the squad at their disposal and the stats under them (Just remove the name “Jose” with “X” and you will also agree with this). I never said that Jose and United were a match or that Jose shouldn’t have been sacked.

And I am not someone who pretends to forget history just because I hate someone or his methods. Jose’s team did play attacking football when he was at Real and at times at Chelsea. It depends on the team he has and the opponent. I didn’t like his methods at United. But as I said, I understand why he opted for it. Yes, Playing a high line with Jones, Smalling, Bailly, Valencia, Young and Co., Yea… good luck with that. And remember? he had Martial as his forward. And he wanted to sell him and buy a better one. But our fans and our board were strongly against him on that one. Where is martial now? What is he worth now? Who was right on that one? And how about Pogba?

You appoint any manager and give him the players suitable for his method and his demand or else don’t appoint him.

This is not a Jose thread and we have had plenty. So, End of..
Jose played defensive football as he is a defensive manager, you can give peak Barca, he will park the bus. Give Burnley to Pep and he will play possession football.

You are just making excuses for why Jose was shit. Yes he might be better than Ole, that's like arguing who is less shit between McT or Fred, or saying Fred is world class compared to Bebe.

End of the day they all are shit and failed.

The worst part of it is the squad (as a whole) is solid and should be right up there imo

Not sure I agree and that may be factoring into the club's thinking. Arsenal, Spurs, West Ham and Everton don't have the squad depth to go the distance with us over the course of the season. If there was an obvious 4th place rival I think Ole would be gone.

A David Moyes led West Ham currently have 3 points and a +7 goal difference over us, despite playing a game less. I mean, what the actual feck does this man have to do to get sacked. The worst thing is, we've been absolutely dicked by Liverpool and City at home, and still have to play them away! What's our record for defeats in a PL season, because that will be beaten hands down if he lasts the full season.

I think we have all underestimated the incompetence of this board and actually think they will keep him.

Ornstein said they were desperate to keep him and that was just after Liverpool!
Yeah, I thought his time is up after Liverpool game, we really underestimate how incompetent this board is. They don't have balls to make decisions and everyone is a selfish person.

I disagree, we look worse than Arsenal and West Ham and have done so all season.

Before Conte arrived at Spurs, I would have agreed. But if he gets them going, they could well get there ahead of us.

Mourinho's last season after 14 games was w6 d4 l4 - 22 points, Solskjær's first full season was w4 d6 l4 - 18 points. 2 points from the next 3 league games would see Solskjær beat his first season. Progress.

What use is squad depth when you play the same players every game even when they aren’t fit? What use is it when your manager is the worst in the league? If he stays, we’re getting nothing this season.

I'd always take less shit as an interim right now.

Be it, Blanc, Ralf, Hiddink, Koeman, Barjuan.

Looks like United are actually keeping quite hush hush about it rather than backing Ole. Might be a good sign

Feel sad for Ole after all he’s done for us that we have polls like these calling for his sack. We should be better than this.

Everyone saw this happening when we didnt hire Conte last week. A lot of us warned, this exact thing would happen. This whole "3 game experiment" was absolute bs.

The moment we didnt fire Ole and bring Conte after Liverpool, we had thrown the season away. Now we are just watching it unfold.

Wouldnt be surprised if we end up 6-7th this season under Ole.
How can people in senior positions at one of the top football clubs in the world be so clueless? It’s damning that average citizens can see and plan better than those who run the club. It’s classic corporate incompetence and failing upwards with no consequence. Makes me sick

Usually there will be lot of leaks if they are close to sack. Shame we didn't see any.

Ole really is a lucky guy.

Then our good players will leave, we will be midtable and the only players who will join will be midtable level players. It could get a lot worse.
