I’ve just seen an interview after the Ajax match today where he was asked about the United. He refused to rule himself out, even refused to rule out leaving mid season which was very surprising. In fact it was almost as if he was hiding something.

The Hag is coming to Old Trafford..
Jesus that would be amazing. I also believe he would come here, even mid season, United is a once in a lifetime opportunity

Certainly seemed to go out of his way to not say no
I agree that he certainly could've just denied it. Wouldn't surprise me that he actually wants to come, but we're not even interested. Just like the Conte situation.

God I hope this is true. Top Players aren't coming to play for ten Hag, top Spanish/ South American players will play for Poch. I want less British players in this club as possible.
Why would top players be more attracted by a constant loser?

It’s pretty much going to be either Ten Hag or Poch. Let’s see who does better in the CL.

Potter is a gamble in the same way Moyes was, I think.

I'd still take him over Rodgers.
Agree he is a gamble and would prefer ten Hag even though he is also a gamble, to a lesser extent. Don't agree with the moyes comparison though, potter plays a progressive style of football which would fit at a larger club. Whereas moyes always played a rather counter attacking style so had to try and adapt to playing a different style of football

Sancho,Varane and Ronaldo came here with Ole.
Players will always come to United no matter who is manager.

Could we line up like Ajax? Sancho/Rashford through the middle behind a striker, Bruno/Donny on the left and Greenwood/Amad on the right?

If ten Hag is the guy we want I would not be surprised if we tried to get Rooney as an interim. He was apparantly very inspired by van Gaal and decided to work with Cocu as a result. (Not saying it would be smart or work.)

Ten Hag's quotes feel like they are from someone who is inviting the contact at least.

A straight-up coin-toss between Pochettino or Ten Hag is, let’s face it, about as good as we are going to get, IMO. Either would be a great fit for us and definitely something to get excited about. There’s not many elite coaches available/willing to join and both of these guys are in the ‘top 10 in the world’ conversation. Here’s hoping there’s truth to these rumours this evening.

Nah, i don't want another care taker. If you want to join us, this is your time ETH. Take the chance.

Looks like Poch will join immediately.

Poch is not walking out on a chance to win the CL with Messi, Neymar and MBappe, absolutely no way. If we want him we'll need to wait for him to be sacked and thats something we cant predict.

I really don't get it with Poch. Is he so deeply in love with us that he will abandon a top team in Psg mid season or at the end of the season. Surely the only way he leaves is if Psg doesn't want him anymore

I reckon Ten Hag is more likely to join immediately than Poch.
Unless Poch has some gripe at the club or thinks the axe is coming it does seem impossible to see now, and a heck of an assumption in the summer.

Whereas Ten Hag would be a big chance in the summer, but surely a decent chance now.

I reckon neither are.

We need an interim who wants the opportunity to have a go at the CL with this team, before heading off.
Bit like a statement to put on their CV.

Then head for ETH in the summer.

I agree.

However, there’s one thing for certain: neither are leaving their current setups for a Europa League-bound outfit. Winning on Tuesday is imperative for our managerial-appointment ambitions. United in the last 16 of the Champions League, with our current squad profile, is a very tempting proposition for anyone, you’d feel.

Walk out on PSG? Surely not?
It's an interesting dynamic because Poch could name his price and terms at United, having real job security and greater control. He knows PSG may well sack at any time in the weeks after United make contact, especially if they are hot for Zidane and feel they could obtain him.

I'm not really a fan of Poch, for what it's worth.

Good players will join United no matter who the manager is. There may be a few who join specifically for a manager due to a past relationship formed at another club, but on the whole it doesn't matter.

Are United with Ronaldo, Rashford, DDG and Pogba in the Europa?

This is a good point, but a draw for United on Tuesday leaves them in pole position to win the group.

More like Carrick followed by "Bodger".
Bodger will crawl over broken glass to join immediately but Poch and ETH won't. Fortunately Bodger has a massive buy out clause. Unfortunately Leicester might waive it to get rid of him.
