Turns out grabbing someone around the throat is not a yellow. Strangulation is the new way to break up play.

You know what me pisses me off about watching modern football/sport? The fact that sometimes you're forced to watch it online. Like tonight's game on Amazon. But, guess what? Anytime you watch shit online is about 90 seconds behind the live action.

So, in the year 2021 we've somehow ended up in a situation were live is not live. And people watching decades ago through an aerial actually got to watch shit as it happened.

For instance, you see goals pop up on twitter before you see it on your tv.

Sorry, that was my old man rant for today.

Also, this is the first game I've ever watched on Amazon and it says it's in 'HDR'. It looks no different to me. Another scam to get people to buy TV's.

Yeah, it's ridiculous. Amazon shouldn't be allowed to get rights if they can't actually stream it real time. It's bullshit.

Yes. I can spot a sharper image, but this HDR shit is a scam. The only way I could tell it's on is if you did a side by side. And even then i would struggle.
Just checking mate haha. BBC do a better job with their HDR streams. I can see the whites a little brighter but that's it. Quality drops to about 720p as well far too often.

This should be a goal for Arsenal. Fred's the one who fouled De Gea.

Don't see how that isn't a goal. Unfortunate for DDG but its a bit cheeky for fhe ref to blow the whistle as the ball is crossing the line.

Definitely a goal. Sad for him but nobody even noticed DDG was down apart from Fred.

Not sure I've ever seen a goal like that. Correct decision but so weird. The ref was about to blow his whistle as the ball was hit.

I always thought when the keeper is down the game stops, foul or no foul. Just before the ball went past the line everyone could see the keeper was down. Even without blowing the whistle you bring the game back, no?

I don't think the goal should have stood.

Have to give the goal back. Instead they’re actually celebrating.
You are out of your mind, no Arsenal player did anything wrong. It is insanely unfortunate but the ball went in before he blew and anyone could see he was down. Chalking it off would set a dangerous precedent.
