Moyes actually looks younger than he did for most of his spell with us.

Happy for him.

I said it on Wednesday and I'll say it again now, Liverpool will win the league. Chelsea were always going to drop off because their squad isn't great, they can't afford to lose any of their first choice players.

I’m dumbfounded at the amount of people wanting a Chelsea win here, and citing fourth spot as if it’s our only possible position come the end of the season.

Am I the only one who feels we can go on a hugely strong run over the festive period and beyond, and challenge for the title? Look at our squad.

The more points Chelsea/Pool/City drop, the better.

Perhaps I’m crazy

Well ofcourse, his performance today is fair game but you know now his thread (and this one) is going to explode with people ignoring the last year and claiming he 'isn't all that' based on the last 90 minutes.
He's a damn fine keeper, but he has the odd game like this one where he just doesn't concentrate.

Still one of the best in the league for me though.

Not a bad team this West Ham lot. Although this result helps Liverpool, so not great

Tuchel-shaped chicken being brought into this piranhas-infested internet pond in 3… 2… 1…
You’ve got quite the piranha fetish, don’t you?

Moyes boys. I love it. Football exists outside of United. Feck it. I love seeing Chelsea lose. I love seeing an underdog do well. If we can't get our act together and go on a great run to deservedly get into top 4, then I would rather West Ham get it than Spurs or Arsenal.

Probably because we are in a top 4 challenge with West Ham, and Chelsea are competing with Liverpool and City for the title.
makes sense. I just prefer to see the under dogs winning if it's not United. Even when we are in this top 4 fight with West Ham, I guess

It depends on what ‘all that’ means. If United were looking a keeper I wouldn’t be falling over myself for Mendy to be that keeper.
He's been almost flawless since he's got here. Even in the disaster spell that ended Frank he stopped it being even worse.

What I like the most is he's a type of keeper that can be the guy who makes that one save a game but also the guy who saves us when we're getting hammered, most keepers tend to only truly excel in one or the other.

Was a poor hit and should be saved but looked to me like he saw nothing on and just decided to have a pop.
Could be, but the way he angled his body would be a really strange setup for a shot. I think if you see it from the reverse angle you see it just nick off Loftus Cheek’s studs and it takes a weird spin from there. Hard to tell though and it’s a bit random no matter what!
