Oddly enough, Andy Mitten was on Off The Ball the other day and I thought he was noticeably guarded about Rashford, when asked about what's been going on with him. One of the interesting lines he dropped in was "Again, I hear mixed things about Marcus Rashford. I'm not sure whether he'll have a long term future at United..." The whole interview is good, but for anyone who might be interested in the Rashford bit it's from 10:07 onwards.

Thought it was an interesting line from someone like Andy Mitten, who doesn't tend to trade in tittle tattle.
Just listened to that, wow, that's really interesting, Mitten's reaction regarding Rashford. What does he know that we don't.

Does he say anything else mate? The podcast doesn't work for me for some reason!

  • Bologna's offer: €4.5M
    • Bologna want to drive away PL interest with this offer
  • To help finance this deal, Bologna want to sell Andreas Skov Olsen to Club Brugge for €7M.

Just a bit of a weird one. I thought Mitten was always a big fan of Rashford. He sounds very cold on him here, says he has mixed feelings on him, doesn't know if he has a long term future at United. That sounds like nothing, I know but just struck a jarring sort of note, not what I expected from him at all. You can get that Podcast on Spotify either. It's always worth a listen.

Kaio Jorge's one thing, but the article also mentions Dejan Kulusevski.
  • Juve don't want to let him go to an Italian club on loan with a purchase option, especially AC Milan.
  • Juve prefer a foreign club for Kulusevski. Arsenal top the list.

Official: Amad is out on loan to Rangers

Good loan i feel, big club European matches, big game environments v Celtic, playing in a good stadium. Will be a good experience for him and hopefully give him confidence to push on

Rumoured to be us…
He's a wide attacker isn't he? We have 4 with Amad to come back next season, can't see it being us.

He's decent but could see it being Spurs.

On one hand this sucks as he's the kind of talented midfielder we need, but you have to question the mercenary mentality to go to a club that has a decent chance of being relegated, purely for the money.

Does anyone really rates him? he's the definition of pace merchant. Has one of the lowest staminas I've seen from a professional player, can barely play 60 minutes per match.
Barcelona and Spurs apparently do

Oh yeah that’ll do it. Came out of nowhere. I thought we wouldn’t sign anyone in this window.

This is longer term planning I guess considering the ages of Mane, Salah and Firmino. Wouldn’t surprise me if Firmino goes in the summer to someone like Barcelona.

No chance at all Porto let him leave for anything less that 50m euros. He has a release clause far exceeding that.

Apparently it’s pretty much done. I think the initial fee is close to that 50 million.

Nah, you're good. We did have a couple of women's team's Tweets in here, and I'm tempted to post more women's team's Tweets in here in the summer.
Yes please to the women's teams tweets.
They have every reason to be here I'd say.

I'd be very shocked if it goes through, he's quality and Porto's best player this season.
50m plus would be enough for Porto to sell though, as they always have alternatives lined up!
He would slot into your team seamlessly (unfortunately  )

Are Spurs going to lose out on both Traore and Diaz?
How long will Conte last?

So a team that has Salah, Mane and Jota as options move to bring in Diaz, whereas we continue to limp on with McFred.

This club has zero ambition, feck off.

A club that had Mason, Rashford, Martial, Lingard, Cavani and Ronaldo moved to bring in Sancho

Minamino and Ox are meh, the fab three getting old. Firmino might leave, they're really not that stacked
